8. Heavy breathing

I always hated how heavy my breathing was, especially when I'm walking.

I always feel bad because my friends seem to be so athletic, whenever I'm walking beside them since I'm very small I have to walk faster to keep up with them and then you can see me panting like I just finished some Olympic games.

It's quit annoying to be honest, whenever I have to walk at a faster pace to catch my bus I end up all panting and sweating, I find it gross but if I had a solution other than trying to exercise, I would gladly do something about it.

It's kind of embarassing when you're climbing up the stairs and you're nearly collapsing at the end, when you're walking with your friends and you feel like dying trying to hold your breathing so you won't feel embarassed when your friends ask you why you're breathing so loudly.

It shouldn't be a source of embarassment and shame but it is, I just feel like I'm not normal, like everyone around me seems to be fit, in shape and full of energy when I'm always sleeping, eating, tired.
