Chapter Eighteen

Friday Night

"Dan, you sure this is a good idea?" I asked, climbing in the front seat of the stolen convertible.

"Course, Uncle Gino always lets me in!"

We pulled out of the laneway fastly and drove over to the bar.

"Here we are, Welcome to The Beer Bar!" Danny spoke and pulled into a parking spot.

We got out and I pulled my oxygen cart behind me.

"Hi Danny!" A cute blond waved.

"Look who's here!" One girl smiled at her friend.

"Hey Ladies," Danny waved.

"Alright so here's the rules of this place, Don't start any fights, Drink lots of alcohol, and try not to hook up with too many girls!" Dan laughed.

"Ok, Aren't we going to hangout?" I asked.

"Nah, I've got some business to take care of!" He winked and put his arm around a brunette with long hair.

"Alright, see you later," I said, and watched Danny and the girl start to make out.

Gross. If that's why he brought me here, I don't want to stay. Even if Leah and I were broke up, this didn't feel right. It felt as if I were cheating.

"Hey do you want a drink?" A blonde girl with very straight hair asked me.

"Uh sure," I smiled and took the beer she gave me.

"Do you wanna come sit with me and my friends?" She asked and pulled me by the hand over to two black couches.

Many Beers Later:

"I never got your name sexy?!" I yelled over the loud music.

"I'm Leah! And you're the sexy one!" She yelled back, "What's your name?!"

"I'm Kyle!"

"I feel like I've met you before! But I know I haven't!" The hot girl, Leah, yelled.

"I know right! What's your number?" I asked pulling out my phone to check my number, because I had somehow needed to restart my phone and lost all my numbers and had to reset my number.

She entered her number in my phone and handed it back.

"Baby I think we should take this a little farther!" She laughed and pulled me into a poorly lit bedroom.

"You're so fucking hot," I spoke and we began making out.

"Mm, Babe that's you," She smiled.
