I get out of the car and press the lock button on my car key hearing my car beep in response as it locked. As I strutted towards the building, the pavement felt like my whole personal cat walk and I was the main model. My hair was soft and wavy, blowing away from my shoulders with every step. I could see the look on each girls face, some were jealous while others wished to be me. I gave this hot guy a once over before shaking my head. He looked like he had won the lottery when he saw me give him a look over. He flashed me his sexy grin, I only raised my eyebrow as I strutted past his group of hot friends. Jeremy caught up with me, he had that award winning grin and I knew the girls couldn't want to get their hands on him. He smiled at me, victoriously. We both wanted to know who got the most likes and looks like the competition was still going strong as ever.

"Quite an entrance, wouldn't you say" he teased, flashing a passing girl with his heart melting smile. I saw the girl literally stumble as she looked at him wide eyed. I shook my head as we walked through the school doors. I wanted to roll my eyes in frustration, the hallways were crowded with students who were rushing to reach their destination while others walked in a slow pace in no hurry. I didn't want to be crushed in the crowd of students but I only prayed that the brand goddess would be merciful and spare me this torture. From the corner of my eye, I knew Jeremy was going to enjoy this far too much as he stood there patiently waiting for me to end my soothing session.

As I nearly drowned in the mass of students, I felt someone collide into me nearly knocking me off my feet. Jeremy grabbed onto my arm before I made a fool of myself. I felt my blood boil as I realised this moment could have cost me everything including my reputation and my pride. I looked at the unlucky nerdy guy who wore big glasses and his clothes were a nightmare. I'm pretty sure he borrowed them from his grandfather but seriously this boy was screaming help to the fashion God.

"I'm s-sorry" the boy stuttered fearfully, clearly he was about to wet himself any minute and a real dark part of me enjoyed knowing that.

"How about I give you the number to my optician and he could help give you the right number for your glasses" I said, my voice dripping with sarcasm as I glared at him "Next time watch where your going because if this happens again. It will be the last time". I marched past him, shouldering his shoulder making him stumble a little.

"You didn't have to be that rude" Jeremy exclaimed as he caught up with her after shoving a couple of students himself. What a hypocrite.

"Well if people think they can just walk into me and get away with it then they are wrong" I said distractedly, looking around the crowded hallway. As if the goddess it self had blessed me, the crowd of students cleared a path and I was about to smile and wave but stopped short as I watched a middle aged woman walk through the cleared path. She had brown hair with strands of white in it, in a neat bun. She had grey eyes that were hiding behind her thin glasses. She had a grey blazer with a white shirt and a long skirt that reached just above her knees. I stared at the grey clothing in distaste and wanted to remind her that colour wasn't dead in the world.

I thought she had heard my thoughts because she stared right at me and then at Jeremy. She walked towards us, her posture was stiff and her head held high with a welcoming smile on her face.

"You must me the Gilbert's" she said warmly, her voice wasn't hard as her exterior and it gave off a warm feeling where as her appearance didn't. Clearly appearances can be deceiving but I couldn't under estimate this woman.

"Jeremy Gilbert" Jeremy introduced himself, being polite and shaking the principles hand. I was surprised at this sudden act by Jeremy. Clearly he was taking our fathers words a bit too seriously.

"Viola Gilbert" I cut in, not offering my hand to the woman and just giving her a tight smile. The woman didn't seem to mind because she smiled at me.

"It's a delight to meet both of you, I am your principle Miss Young" she introduced herself, she certainly dressed like her role but the way she acted was more motherly. Something me or Jeremy both weren't used to but we only nodded in response.

"Let's get your tour started" she said, sounding almost excited and I felt the complete opposite. I stared at her like she was an alien because right now I wished I had sudden amnesia and they had to take me to the hospital because I really didn't want to get friendly with the principle.

I let out a long sigh. This was going to be one long day.
