Chapter Seventeen: Pool Obstacle Courses are the Devil Part 1

~TenTen's POV~

I am usually very athletic. As in I do numerous sports for many seasons from year around to seasonal leagues. But not once have I ever done swimming, been on a swim team, so it can easily be assumed I'm no Iwatobi free stylist who can do many laps and reps in a matter of minutes.

So of course that means I was chosen to represent team seven in the pool obstacle course, no not Ino who was actually on a swim team, me, who they just assume was.

The clear chlorinated pool water seems to taunt me as I glare down at it. The surface of the pool, and even underneath, is packed with obstacles like pool noodles hurdles, duck donut floaties, and even water gun targets with XD faces painted on them. I can only imagine the torture I'll be put through in this race -.- I bet it'll be real fun.

The snickering if Temari, Karin, and company is really starting to get on my nerves. I mean what's their problem?! If they do anything I swear to all the gods of all religions that I will personally shove a spork down each of their throats and each if their saliva combined will give them each a deadly case of mono, I have no clue how that works, but I will try.

I dive into the pool as Guy-Sensei calls start, let game two begin.

FUTURE FAIRY RETURNS! Okay so this isn't really future for you but whatever. Anyways I'll be taking at least two weeks off of updating every one of my books so I can make a bunch of premise chapters and edits to everything! So that means you'll get better updates on 31DOH and I'll make a new chapter for LMB or Leave Me Be, which a lot of you seem to want. See you lovely people (or aliens) in two weeks!
