Chapter 20 Part 2
"The next morning, I woke up and looked over. Bey was still sleep, it was only a little after 9am, but I wondered how long this sedative was going to have her sleep.
I threw on some comfortable clothes, and decided to go get us breakfast. I figured maybe she'll be up once I got back.
On my way back, my phone rang and it was Ty. I thought about ignoring it. But it could have been something regarding Bey so I decided to answer.
"Yeah?" I said plainly.
"good morning to you too nigga!" He said.
"What you want Ty?"
"Jay what you buggin for B? I ain't do shit to you.."
"I'm not buggin, what's good?" I told him.
"You act like I don't know yo ass like the back of my hand."
"I know you do. that's why I'm still tryna comprehend why you tried stopping me from taking her with me last night?"
"Dawg. it wasn't that I was tryna stop you. But I didnt think it was cool to just up and take her like that at the time I mean, I know how you get. real protective and shit. but I just think yesterday was a big ass deal , and you just a taking her away from her fam wasn't the best thing to me. it's done now though, so fuck it. that ain't even why I really called .."
Jay rolled his eyes. he didn't care about none of that shit. But wasn't nobody gonna see it how it did, so it didn't even matter to him any more.
"So what you call me for them Ty?"
"You know.. about what happened.. "
"Happened with what?"
"Don't tell me you don't know?!"
"Ty, what is it?! Talk Nigga!"
Ty chuckled, he got a kick out of making Jay mad. He was always so damn serious.
"Chill nigga. but Um I'm talking bout with Your girl and her moms? Kels told me everything!"
Jay immediately reverted to lastnight and why Solange told him to tell Bey that their mom said sorry....again.
"Nah, what?" He was interested now. He knew it had to be some shit!
"Well Kels told me they moms pulled the plug. and not only that, she been seeing someone."
"Nigga you lying. tell me you lying Ty!"
"On God B. I swear to you. once Kels told me that then I guess taking her away for the night wasn't so bad after all."
"Wait.. how Kels know all this shit? what? moms just said it out of nowhere or something?"
"Nah, so she said. When your girl lil sis-.."
"Solange?"
"Yeah her. so apparently your girl was chillin at the hospital with pops right? and out of nowhere the doctor and the nurse talking bout they finna pull the plug. long story short, they said your girl flashed. Gave her a sedative to chill her. once they did, pulled that shit on pops."
"Wait wait wait... before you continue. Huh??!! so the story I got was, they pulled the plug cause he was brain dead anyway. Bey went off, then they gave her the sedative."
"Nah fam. that's not what Kels told me. she said, They gave it to her so they could pull it. then when lil sis got there they explained it to her, she called moms. And moms was busy or whatever. That's when she called Kels and shit. When we came, moms was only there for a good minute. she had just got there. And some old ass gray haired nigga was with her. your girl flashed again, was throwing shit at moms and shit. cursing her out, whole nine. Then she asked her did she have them pull the plug on pops. when mom said yeah she gave the consent. your girl went wild bro!"
