Chapter 21

Okay, Im sorry for lying but can't you see? You cant be with him, Dianne! It's pure nonsense! He may love you, but he'll leave you!" Iñigo said rather loudly.

"I'd rather be with someone halfway around the world that loves me than be with a selfish liar." I said slowly.

Iñigo got really mad.

"WHY ARE YOU SO BLIND, DIANNE?!" Iñigo yelled and stormed out of my house and rushed to Liam's car that was just backing up from the parking area...

I watched in horror as Inigo went up to Liam and stood infront of Liam's moving car. Liam's car abruplty stopped and Inigo rushed to the Driver's seat. Inigo opened the door and literally dragged Liam out.

And I just stood there.

Frozen.

with fear,

and I couldn't let it go.

Thoughts were running in my mind but I couldn't fathom what I'm supposed to do. Should I fight back? Should I run? Ask for help? But again, I was frozen and every part was hard to move

"Come here you little douche" Inigo said as he threw a punch to Liam who then tumbled to the floor from the impact. Liam didn't even fight back.

I tried to yell for Inigo to stop, but again, I was frozen. I just watched as the man I knew the best, beat up the love of my life.

"You're not gonna fight back. huh?" Inigo said as he slapped Liam's cheek. Liam was still on the floor, leaning on his elbows.

"No. Inigo stop it. Fighting won't get us anywhere" Liam said with pleading eyes as he grabbed Inigo's arms but he shuck Liam away.

"Don't tell me what to do" and Inigo threw another punch at Liam's face. I watched as Liam clutched his right eye from the punch but still remained on the floor.

"This is for even stepping on this country" Inigo kicked Liam's stomach.

"For existing," He kicked Liam's stomach again.

"For thinking you can take all that you want," Inigo kicked Liam's face this time and a small wound on his forehead appeared.

"And for even setting your eyes on Dianne" Inigo blew one final kick to Liam's nose that caused his nose to bleed.

Inigo fell on his knees and cried. He just cried and yelled profanities at who knows what.

Inigo looked at me slowly and I saw something I never thought I would see in Inigo's eyes.

Anger.

"You..." Inigo said as he slowly stood up and raced to me.

"You caused this... If you weren't with him in the first place..." Inigo said as he stepped closer. I felt fear. So much fear than I've ever felt in my life.

"I am hurting, because of you" He pointed a finger at me and again, I couldn't move.

From the corner of my eye, I saw Liam stand up slowly and ran to Inigo.

"Liam" I whispered.

Inigo turned around just in time or him to be tackled to the ground by Liam.

"Don't. Blame. Dianne. For. Anything. That. Happened. To. You." Liam said with a mighty punch to his face at every word.

"It's your fault you're hurting! Why not accept that she chose me and not you?" Liam said which caused Inigo to get all riled up again and soon they were a mess on the floor.

"BOTH OF YOU STOP! HELP!" I yelled as I finally felt my limbs move again. I wasn't frozen anymore and this has to stop.

"You're gonna pay for everything" Inigo said as he stood up and a rock was instantly in his hands.

"Inigo put that down" I said slowly and calmly as possible.

He looked at me and laughed and slowly walked to Liam who was lying weakly on the floor.

"I don't want to fight anymore Inigo this won't solve anything" Liam said slowly.

Inigo let out a wicked laugh and then looked at Liam seriously.

He walked towards Liam. I ran for Inigo and tried to pry the big rock from his hands but he just shouldered me away. Which caused me to fall on the grass behind me.

I prayed for everything to stop, for time to be on my side, but no. Everything is happening so fast and so unbearable.

"Yes it will, If I end you." Inigo said and before I knew it, Inigo lifted the rock. I felt heavy and my eyes fell shut and everything was black again.
