It's been a little over a month since Kemani & I have found out we were pregnant. Between taking care of my kids, marriage counseling, & my patients I am exhausted. My life was a lot better when I was working so I've decided to start back. It's been great so far. Kemani & I haven't been physical yet because we have a lot to work on. We're dating again & it's been good. And my babies. My sweet, sweet twins. I love them so much. Everyday they're getting bigger & smarter. In about 7 more months they'll be 4. They're using the pot & I'm just not ready for them to grow up.

I pulled up to my office & walked inside.

"Morning Sarah."

"Morning Armani. How are you & the baby?" She asked.

"Good. Just puzzles me how I'm 5 months & just now getting a bump." I said

"Every pregnancy is different girl. You of all people should know that." She said laughing.

"I know technically but just because I'm a Doctor doesn't mean I'm not a worried mommy. You know?"

"I get it. You know how I was when I had Staxx. I didn't even know i was pregnant. Had her at 36 weeks. 2 pounds 3 ounces. Now I can't stop her from eating." She said laughing.

"Speaking of Staxx I'd love for you to bring her over to the house. It's about time her & Kae meet. My baby is spending way too much time with her brother." I laughed.

"Yeah well you know we had to go to Puerto Rico with her dad. We went to visit & ended up staying for 3 and a half years." She said rolling her eyes.

"Well I'm glad you're back. With all the chaos going on I need a true friend."

"Awww honey. How are you & Kemani?" She asked.

"So far we've been better. It's still a lot to fix. We've covered a lot of stuff in counseling but we definitely have a long way to go."

"You guys will make it. I have faith in you. Remember the things that made you fall in love with him in the first place. Let that take over all the bullshit." She said.

"Thank you Sarah. That's why I love you." I said hugging her.

"I love you too." She said kissing my cheek.

"Okay I'm gonna go turn on the sonogram machines & the gel warmers."

"Already done."

"You're the best." I said.

"I know. You have 20 appointments before lunch. But I made sure that they were only gender reveals." She said.

"Good deal."

"Okay the waiting room is full already & it's only 7:45."

"Alright well let me get in my office & pull up the charts." I said.

"Already done. They're right here in order of when they called." She said

"Thank you so much Sarah."

"No problem. Pregnancy brain is a serious disease." She said giggling.

"Okay you don't have to flinch because the gel is warm." I said smiling.

She nodded.

"Everything is looking good. Baby is developing good. All of the primary organs look good. You're measuring 22 weeks 5 days. Would you like to know the sex?" I asked.
