I couldn't believe I had been in a coma, let alone for nearly 2 months. It just felt like I was sleeping. I was so glad I was awake. I missed Kemani, my twins, and my family. I was so confused. I couldn't think of any reason anyone would want to shoot me.

Since I had been in a coma I was very weak when I first tried to stand. I'm assisted when I get up & to the bathroom. I'm just ready to go home.

"Baby I'm fine." I told Kemani

"You sure?" He asked.

"Yeah. I'm just ready to go home." I said

"You know they have to observe you 24 hours before they let you go woman." He said.

"I don't care." I said fake pouting.

"Baby you'll be home soon enough." He said smiling.

I nodded.

"So did the police find out who did this?" I asked.

"No. But I have a pretty good idea." He said.

"Who?"

"Nia." He said.

Oh My gosh! I had completely forgot about Nia. She must want me out of the way so she could be with Kemani. I can't believe she would go to such great lengths.

"Babe are you sure she would do something like this?" I asked.

"She followed you & lied before. What's different about doing it now?" He said.

"I guess you're right. But why? I mean you not all that!" I joked.

"Aye. You about to marry me & you had my children." He said laughing.

"Awww I'm just playing baby. You know I love you." I said blowing him a kiss.

"Everybody is gonna come see you before you leave in the morning. They don't wanna bother us at home." He said.

"Okay baby." I said nodding

After visits from everyone I said a silent prayer thanking God for giving me a second chance & I went to sleep.

It's finally time for me to go home! After 24 long hours I'm being wheeled out to the car to go home. I'm so glad to go shower, see my babies. Fuck my fiance. Getting shot hurt! Really bad! But not as much as being horny & can't get none. Don't judge me. You know how we get down.

I'm a little weak since i hadn't walked in 6 weeks but other than that im okay. My wounds are healed but still tender so I couldn't do a lot of lifting or physical activity. I hated that. I'm used to working & taking care of people on a daily basis. I was so excited that Kemani would be bringing the twins home tonight when he got off of work.

Well I thought he was going to work. Until he came & plopped down on the couch beside me.

"What are you doing?" I asked

"Nothing baby. I just ordered pizza and wings. We can catch up on Love & Hip Hop before the twins get here." He said

"Babe. You're supposed to be at the office." I said smiling.

"If you think I'm leaving you here alone then you really don't know me at all." He said.

"I'll be fine." I said.

"I'm not leaving you here. I spent 6 of the hardest weeks of my life watching you just lay in a hospital bed. I can't go through that again. I have to be here to make sure you're safe. I love you Armani. I need you here with me & the twins need you too." He said
