#7: My Shining Moment

"Naruto, if you're going to keep glancing at us, then just walk backwards." Sakura suggested when Naruto looked at us for the 8th time now.

Yes, I was counting.

"Glancing at you? Whaaa?" He played dumb.

I scoffed, "Don't even do that!"

He looked at me with the weirdest expression, and then stuck his tongue at me which made me smile for some stupid reason.

Currently we were on our way to find Kiba and Shino, with me in a disguise of course. I told Sakura and Sasuke my story but I left out the part about where I came from, and why I ran away.

I guess they knew why I didn't tell them.

My disguise wasn't that much, my hair was tied up into a tight bun that was covered in a baby blue baseball cap.

Oh yeah, I was also wearing Narutos T-Shirt that had the words "Bad Boy" imprinted on it and some grey baggy sweatpants and brown vans.

Yay.

All behind some sunglasses.

I'm so attractive right now.

Sakura and Sasuke explained the ways things roll in their village, and surprisingly it wasn't very much different from they way they rolled in the Star Village.

Also, just like how the people in the Star Village are Knights, the people in this village, Konoha, are actually ninjas.

I wasn't wrong then.

The Hokage, or the leader in this village. It's the same how Father was, except its a she.

This is the first time I heard a woman being in charge of anything!

Naruto hasn't said a word to me since we came up with a plan, but I guess there wasn't anything to say.

But I don't like silence.

Just as I was about to say something, they were approaching us, looking completely worn out, with the dark bags circling their eyes.

Time seemed to freeze in that moment, and so did my breath.

"Hinata?" Naruto asked as he realized that I froze in my spot.

They're getting closer, what do you plan to do?!

I didn't plan anything out, I never imagined we would actually bump into them!

Naruto poked my arm, and I smiled awkwardly at him. He looked like he was going to say something, but then the people--out of all people--finally came to haunt us.

"Excuse me, may we ask a few questions?" Leo asked calmly, yet he sounded stressed out.

No, no you can't.

"Uh--pff pff--sl sl-- yeah!" I spat out.

In the corner of my eye, I could see Sasuke and Sasuke approaching us, Narutos eyes widening, his mouth forming into a straight line.

Nervous eh?

Sameeeeee.

"Wh--" Sasuke started but was cut off.

"Great, uh, so, we're actually looking for someone, and we'll describe her to you in case you've seen her wandering around here." Calivar smiled, but it looked forced.

Why are we the only ones here?! Oh yeah, it's 11pm, no one is out at 11pm.

According to Sakura.

"She has long raven hair, lavender eyes with no pupils--which I think is kind of creepy--, she's not really that tall, I'd say about 5'4'', and...she's got big ones." Leo seemed to be questioning himself more than us.

Creepy?!

"Big ones?" Sakura asked, looking confused as hell.

Leo nodded, "It's alright if you don't understand, I wasn't really expecting you to..."

Alright, these guys are straight up rude.

I like them.

But they had to go in order for me to find Kiba and Shino, because they'd surely remember them and question them for my location. And obviously, take them back to Hoshi No Mura.

"Y-yeah, I think I saw Hinata go that way." I panicked, and pointed to my left.

Leo and Calivars eyes perked up, and they looked relieved.

They muttered a small 'thank you' and headed off, but my joy was discontinued as Leo halted in his tracks.

"I-is something the matter-r?" I asked wearily.

He turned around, cocked his head, and opened his mouth.

"How do you know her name is Hinata?"

Oh you idiot!

I panicked, sheesh!

Then quit panicking!

It just happens!

Quit making it just happen!

I blinked several times and felt the group stiffen up behind me.

Alright guys, I get it. I'm an idiot.

"O-oh, I j-just like calling people Hinata, in f-fact I call everybody H-Hinata. Isn't that right, Hinata?" I nudged Naruto in the rib and his shoulders tensed--not that they already weren't--and forced a laugh.

"Huh? O-oh, yeah! You call everybody Hinata, aren't you silly, Naruto?!" He laughed loudly.

And they call me a train wreck.

Introducing....Naruto Uzumaki!

Or Hinata in this case.

"Oh, okay then..." Leo hesitated to move, and I mentally begged him to leave, but then...

Kiba and Shino peeked up from behind a building.

Where that building was?

To the left.

And which direction did I tell Leo and Calivar to take?
