"Climb faster!" shouted Naruto from 5 feet down.
Currently I was trying to climb the fence that I threw Shino over. And trust me, it wasn't easy as it looked. Although Naruto says that it was the most easiest task there was.
I haven't been active in a while.
"If it's so easy, why don't you c'mere and do it yourself?!" I shouted back at him with the occasional roll of the eyes.
He laughed, but it wasn't real, "You were the one who threw him over!"
I gritted my teeth as I stared down at him. But, it is true.
"Sheesh, then you guys could've at least warned me about Hunika in the first place!"
"How were we supposed to know that you were going to throw him over?" Rin's amused tone made me even more pissed.
Finally reaching the top, I threw my legs over to the other side. The fence wasn't that tall, but that's just from someone else's perspective.
From my perspective, it looks like if I made one move, I was going to collapse along with the fence. I stared down at the ground made of cement in horror before I heard a deep sigh coming from the other end.
"Hinata," Kiba shouted but softly, and had worry in his eyes.
I can do this, Kiba.
"You are so annoying." says Naruto, who was at my side in an instant. He looked at me with the dullest expression ever, like this fence thing didn't bother him in the slightest.
Although, I saw a hint of worry in his sky blue eyes.
"Quit staring at me like that." Naruto sounded flustered, and there was a pink color flooding in his cheeks.
Aww, was he embarrassed?
Smirking devilishly, I crept closer to Naruto while focusing my eyes sight onto him, and him only. He scratched his jaw, telling me that I was making him uncomfortable.
Karma is a bish.
"OIII! Lovebirds! Quit goggling at each other, will ya?! Hunika-san can come any minute!" Sasuke's shout almost made me fall off the fence, but a large arm caught me before I did.
"Sasuke, little shit! We are not lovebirds!" Naruto shouted back at him and flipped the bird making Sasuke laugh.
Naruto ignored him though, "Are you okay?" he asked, the worry becoming more evident now.
For a moment, we just stared into each other's eyes before I realized his arm was still around my waist.
"W-wha---" I tensed up and smacked Naruto upside the head, causing him to fall into the pool with a not-so-manly-yell.
Of course, he took me with him.
There was just a tiny detail that I hadn't told them. It was part of the reason why I didn't climb the fence as fast as Naruto, and why Kiba had stopped me for a moment.
I can't swim.
