"Your father...your father is in Konoha."
I was overwhelmed, not able to open my mouth due to state of fear that was making my heart pump blood even faster.
"W...What?" I asked, the beat of my heart beginning to pick up its pace.
He was...in Konoha? How did he find me?
"I saw him just a day ago, he had the same lavender eyes as yours, so I knew right away that he had to be related to you. I mean, I'm 100% sure that no one else has beautiful eyes like yours, unless they're related somehow." Naruto leaned against the railing, stuffing his hands into his pant pockets.
Not paying much thought to "beautiful eyes", my body moved on its own accord and I felt myself grab Narutos wrist.
He looked surprised as he gazed into my eyes, "Hinaー"
"You have to help me." I said, the cold air brushing my face.
Trying to ignore the tingles I felt when I touched Narutos wrist, I put on my best serious face.
After looking down at me, Naruto nodded, pulled his hand out of his pockets and startled me by holding my hand.
"What'd do you need?" He asked softly.
I was in a moment before I snapped out, "I need to find Kiba and Shino." I said, noting the fact that we were still holding hands.
He looked confused, "What for?"
I stared down at the roof floor, "I...I'm leaving." I murmured.
It was the only way. If Father was here, it wouldn't be long until he found me personally.
I needed to leave as soon as possible.
Even if it hurt me.
"Leaving? Leaving where?" He asked.
I bit my lip, not at all fond of my reply, "Konoha, Naruto. I'm...leaving Konoha."
I felt him clench onto my hand tighter, and I made the mistake of looking up to meet his eyes.
He was wearing the most angriest expression I had ever seen.
The one he showed me when I almost drowned myself.
This was not good.
His eyes darkened, as well as the atmosphere around him.
He let go of my hand lightly, telling me this was not going to end well.
"Naruー"
"Don't," he spat coldly, "Just...don't."
I took a few steps away from him and gulped; I was right.
This wasn't going to end well.
My lungs felt like as if they were being deprived of oxygen at this very moment and it wasn't because if my father being here.
