"Uhm. Erikson...." I started off..
"You could call me Erik. Erikson is mouthful don't you think?" He answered back.
"Okay. Uhm. Erik... Can I borrow some cash? I swear, pang taxi lang pauwi. I need to get home. May gagawin pa ako eh" I asked him.
He laughed... "I'll bring you home Riley. Why would I let you commute?"
Ok. Puso kalma! Wag kang feeler. Malay mo gentleman lang. Si Matt diba ganyan din!! I mentally told myself...
"Ah. Gusto ko kasi dumaan sa condo. Magpapalit lang ako ng sapatos. I need to go to the office and finish something" I told him.
He stood up and went to his room. After a minute he went out with his dark blue polo shirt, a khaki shorts and his roshe shoes. Shoe collector din siya. Alam ko. Stalker nga diba?
"Lets go! Wala akong work pag saturday. I can drop you off" He said while getting his car keys
Tae yung puso ko parang lalabas na sa dibdib ko. Totoo ba 'to??? Jusko lord.
I smiled and said "Thanks"
On the ride home he asked me where do I stay.
"Sa BGC. Sa BGC din office namin." I answered. He nooded.
" Nasa Makati office ko kaya nasa makati condo ko. Pero our house is in quezon city" He said. I smiled and told myself... mas masarap pala sa feeling na siya nag sasabi ng info tungkol sa sarili niya kesa nung hinahanap ko
"May sinasabi ka?" He asked.
Shit! Narinig niya????
"Ahm. Sabi ko sa Greenhills talaga bahay namin. Kaya lang dito kami nakapag patayo ng building. Kaya naghanap ako ng condo dito. 10minutes drive lang kesa sa halos 2 hrs pag sa Greenhills ako nag stay" I told him. He didn't answer back.
We were infornt of my condo when he said, "I'll just wait for you here." I nooded.
"I'll be quick" I told him.
"Improving ma'am ah! Di na si sir Matt naghahatid sayo! Boyfriend niyo ma'am?" The guard asked me
I smiled and answered "How I wish Kuya!"
Sumakay nako sa elevator. Pressed the 28th floor. Di nako nag penthouse. Isa lang naman akao eh. Hahaha. Pero pinili ko yung 28th floor. Kasi nga number ni Erik yun sa jersy...
I pressed the code- 2819. Birthdate at jersey number niya. Ganito ako kaadik sakanya.
I went in to the second room in my condo. Andito lahat ng sapatos ko. Shoe collector din ako eh.
I got my classic white chucks. Light pink na medyo floral yung dress na binili ni Fred. Bagay naman chucks sa dress. Acctually bagay naman talaga dress and sneakers.
I went to the dinning table and saw my purse from last night. It had a note

After getting my office bag and laptop I went down and saw his car on the otherside of the street. Infront Mcdonalds.
I knocked at his window and he opened the door.
"Sorry. Nagutom ka ba?" I asked
He handed me some fries and so I got some
"Hindi naman. Gusto ko lang ng mangangata" He said.
I chuckled. Linya ko rin yan eh.
"Lets go?" I asked him and he started the engine.
My phone started ringing...
Suzzie Calling.....
"Suzzie. Anything" I asked
"No. Ahm. I left some notes on your desk. I bet you'll be going to work today. Overtime kami ni El today eh. Daming gusto magpakasal!" Suzzie said
I laughed. "Okay missy. I'll be there in 10. Love you Suzzie" and ended the call.
"Busy pala kayo" Erik blurtted out.
"Yeah. June eh. Daming gusto magging Junes bride"
"Ikaw ba ayaw mo?" He asked me
"I want mine to be summer" I answered
He looked at me and asked why..
"Because I am Riley Summer" I answered
"We're here" .... "do you wanna go up and see the whole place?" I asked
"I'd love too" he asnwered

The moment we reached the top floor. Which was the 6th floor. Mallit lang talaga building namin. May rooftop kami. Meron din balcony bawat room namin. Stress reliever na namin mag yosi kaya pinagawan namin ng balcony yung rooms namin. Nasa iising floor lang office naming tatlo. Para mabilis magkakitaan.
The 1st floor remained the reception area. Yung 2nd floor, andun mga rooms kung saan kami pwede kumausap ng clients. The 3rd and fouth floors occuppied the photoshoot floor.
The fifth floor is our creative floor. The walls were made of whiteboard for jotting down ideas. Walang mga tables dito. Puro pillows and blankets. Madalas ginagawa naming sleeping room 'to. Pero pag gagawa kami ng mga creative outputs dito kami gumagawa.
Yung hired photographer kasi nag sstay sa fourth floor. Kasama team niya. Pero paminsan pumupunta sila dito. Si Matt head photographer nila. Hahahaha. Oh well. Ganun kami kamahal ni Matt.
Naririnig ko sa pantry sila Will, Ella at Suzzie nag uusap.
Our secretary approached me and greeted me Good morning and smiled.
"OMG beb! Akala ko talaga mamatay na si Harit ng di man lang nag propropose sakin" Suzzie said as I entered the pantry
"Ry! Sino kasama mo? Wala na kayo ni Matt?" Mapangasar na sabi ni Will. Bf ni Ella.
"Tigilan mo ko Wilson ah!" I said and introduced the guy beside me "Guys. Erikson Gomez." At pinandilatan ko talaga sila Ell at Suzzie.
"Ahm. Erik. These are my friends Ella and Susana. And that guy there is Wilson. Ellas' fiance" I told him.
"Bro. Tara kain. Masarap yang cake na yan si Riley nagbake niyan kahapon" Wilson said
"Thanks" Erik said. "But I need to go. May tinawag sakin si Fred Riley. Emergency daw" he said look at me. And I smiled.
"I'll bring you down then" I said. Putting down my laptop on the table.
"Hinatid nga kita dito. Hahatid mo naman ako. Dito ka nalang." He said. "Bye. Nice meeting you guys" he looked at my friends and nooded.
Then he left the building.

"How on Earth Riley Summer???" Ella screamed!
"I saw him last night at the counter top. Alone. So I grabbed the chance" I told her
"You won't give up. Won't you?" Suzzie asked
"I haven't done anything yet! Well. I kissed him last night. But that was it." I crossed my arms "He doesn't even know how I feel for him. His here now. So, no. I'll try this one chance" I looked at them both
Ella sighed and hugged me.
"Alam ko namang yan ang panagarap mo bukod sa companyang 'to eh. Andito lang ako beb ha. Pag umiyak ka, kahit kasama ko si Will pupuntahan kita" Ella said and I hugged her back.
"Kami na ni Harit bahala sa plane ticket mo kung gusto mo layasan yang Erik na yan pag sinaktan ka" natatawang sabi ni Suzzie.
I smiled. I have the best friends in the world. He finally noticed me. May mahihingi pa ba ako??
