Ring... Ring..... Ring....
"RiSuEl, Good Morning" I answered the phone.
Ako ngayon sumasagot na dapat work ni Ella pero since nasa honeymoon siya, Sakin napunta ang work.
I was busy getting details from Mrs. Garcia when Marcus entered my office. He sat on one of the chairs and waited for me to finish.
"I'll be looking forward on seeing you this thursday ma'am. 2:30pm. Good Day!" I said as I end the call.
"Babe" i called Marcus who was busy scanning his iPad. Must be work.
"Hey! Babe look at this. This is San Sebastian Church. I think you'll like this. Or San Beda church is pretty nice too!" He said while scanning.
"I thought you were busy with work?" I said and sat on his lap.
He kissed my cheek and smiled.
"Naah. I'm the boss remember?" He said and gave me a boyish smirk.
"Yabang!" I said and slapped his chest.
"Tss. So what do you think?" He asked me.
"Where do you want to get married Marcus?" I asked him
"Beside you" He answered, which made me blush! This guy!
"Let's make a deal. I decide for the motif, you decide for the locations. Like the church and reception" I suggested
"You sure about that? Aren't you suppose to be all excited about everything?" He asked back.
"Its your wedding too babe. I don't want our wedding to be "all Riley" you know. And besides, your suggestions matter too." I said kissed his cheeks.
"All right! I'll look for better churhes. Then send it to you." He agreed.
"For reception too!" I answered and got off his lap.
I went to my desk to continue listing down my guests.
"Ugh. Babe? Sino Best Man mo? Kasi si Rosa gagawin kong maid of honor" I asked
He looked up at me. It was as if he was thinking..
"Baka may boyfriend kapatid mo? Kasi for sure ok lang kay Duff na di niya partner si Sean sa kasal mo" Marcus asked
"Naah. She has this thing for our prof when we were in college, at hindi parin sila hanggang ngayon. But we'll invite him" I said
"Okay. Invite rin natin ung boyfriend ni Ate, Pati narin yung asawa ni Kuya" He answered back.
"Sure. I'll list them down. Uhm babe, do you like our theme to be pink and somehow brown? Like really light brown. Close to beige" I asked
"That would be cool. Do you want italian food for dinner? For the reception?" He asked back.
"Hmm. Kinda. I want the cake simple Marcus. I don't need a 10 layers cake okay?" I said
"Yeah. You mentioned 2 layers is fine" He asked back
"Yup. The simpler the better babe. I still want my reception to look like a bar Marcus. I was serious about that. I want us to enter the room with the song "work hard, play hard, party like its your time"" I said while singing.
He put his iPad down and his glasses off. He came closer to me and kissed me on my lips.
"I've got drunkard fiance eh?" He said.
