3 minutes later, we were surrounded by pillars of fire and the people had started to reach the ladder and were banging on the cover. I was standing in the shadow from a flame holding Corey's hand. He had his eyes closed and his head tilted upwards so his face was facing the sky. I watched him for a bit. I looked between my legs and I saw my little fox, Zedd, curling between my legs and rubbing his back against me. "Right," Corey said, looking at me. "Lets get a move on. Are you ready?" I nodded. "Lets go." He nodded back. "Just remember what I told you." He warned "Dont let go of me. At all. It might feel a bit weird but dont let that get to you. Its pretty cool. Oh, and you might want to hold your fox. I dont want to loose him too." I bent down and picked up Zedd, and held him close to my chest. He curled up and rested his head on my shoulder. "Lets go." I said readily. Corey closed his eyes again and suddenly the world turned to darkness.

I looked arround but I couldn't really turn my head. I was flat on the floor, looking up at the sky. I could still see the fire burning arround us, but it was in black and white. It was cold. That kind of cold where you stand in the shade after standing in the blistering heat for ages. I started to feel dizzy as we started to move. Slowly but surely we started to move across the roof, and then we went down the sides of the wall. My vision kept cutting in and out and i was finding it hard to focus. It felt...kind nice? Like I was drunk, or something. I wanted to let go, but I resisted, remembering Coreys warning. I was getting more dizzy the further we went. We were almost in the middle of the road. By this point, I never wanted it to stop. It was cool. Just like Corey said. I laughed out loud as my vision swarmed and dipped, making everything look strange and my body tingly. Suddenly, the colour came back to the world and I was standing up again. I looked at Corey my vision still swarming. "That was amazing." I told him, laughing. He grinned "Told you." I looked at him and saw that he was swaying. I must be worse I thought if he has done this a million times before and he's swaying, how bad must I be? I giggled "Are we running now?" I asked. He grinned wider. "Lets go." He said. We ran as far as we could before we stumbled over, laughing. "How long are the side effects supposed to last?" I asked. He shrugged "At least a day." I gasped. "A whole day?" I asked, surprised but slightly glad. "Yep." He replied. I looked arround. We were in sort of like a national park. "Well..." I said slowly. "I guess we had better start making camp then right?"
