The deep little tickle inside of my heart,

was starting to itch and pull me apart,

I sat desperately waiting for him to arrive,

so my life would be better,

my soul more alive.

I love you! I love you!

Oh where do I start?

"Here," he said..."I'll give you my heart."

He cut out his heart,

Still beating with love,

Not aware he was in danger,

Of what he had gotten rid of...

The girl who waited,

Waited for 10 years,

Was drowning herself,

In all of her tears.

She stabbed the heart,

Killing her love,

For he had betrayed her,

With another woman he thought the world of.

You see,

The man loved the sea,

And for many a year,

He roamed the shores,

And was forever feared.

But he found a strange woman,

On an island all alone,

And welcomed her in,

Gave her a home.

But when she learned of his love for the sea,

She began to rebel,

She was now free.

Free of the chains that he had chained to her feet,

Free of the curse that trapped her at sea.

Free of the bonds that held Calypso's heart.

Her undying love,

But her failing heart.

She had been betrayed,

Because Davvy loved the sea,

She just didnt know,

That Davvy loved her,

More than the sea.

So, Calypso dissapeared,

after stabbing the heart,

And cried herself to sleep,

But that was only the start-------
