Dear Grandma,
I want you to know that I love you.
You have always been there for me
And I intend to be there for you,
Even if it is only in spirit.
You love and kindness will never be forgotten;
I want you to know that.
My family will not have been where we are
If it weren’t for you helping us.
We are eternally grateful,
I want you to know that.
I want you to get better.
I don’t want this to be the end,
I don’t want to see you like this,
So pale, so weak.
I was unprepared, but I guess that is life,
Nothing is never what it seems,
God givith and God taketh away.
I know he has a plan for all of us,
I know in the end, time will heal all wounds,
But as of right now, I am so scared.
I want you to know that.
We had out differences, no one is perfect,
Still you are my Grandma, and I love you.
I want you to know that.
