I finally realized I never wrote about how to be saved! Oh my Oz, I'm an idiot. Let's go through the Romans Road, since that's the simplest way.
One, we are all sinners. What is sin? It is the things we do or don't do that displease God. Or in simpler terms, bad stuff like lying, cheating, anger, worry, the list goes on. Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:10 says As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one. And Romans 5:12 says Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. So yeah, because of Adam (and Eve) every single person has sinned. Wages are payment for what we have done. In this case, because of our sin, we cannot enter heaven and be with God. Instead we will go to hell, a horrible place. It is and eternal punishment, where you will be burning, in complete agony not just because of the burning, but also because of you eternal separation from God. Romans 6:23 says The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. But, if that is the case, what hope do we have? Notice the second part. Which leads into Romans 5:8 which says But God demonstrates his own love in this, that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. So we are sinners, and can't get to heaven on our own. But God sent His Son to die on the cross for our sins. He took on the punishment of separation from God so that we may be with Him in heaven. So, Christ did that, why do you say that I won't get into heaven? Well, you need to believe, then accept that he did it for you. Then repent of your sins, and ask him into your life as your lord and savior. Romans 10:13 says For whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved, while Romans 10:9 says If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. So There is therefore now NO CONDEMNATION to those who are in Christ. What does that mean? We need to believe that Jesus died for our sins and rose again on the third day. Then we must ask for forgiveness for our sins and ask him to be lord of our life. Now, we will go to heaven and be with God because we believed. It is only by His mercy and grace that we are able to. Nothing we do will get us into heaven. He will not punish us because we believe. But we must make him lord of our life. That means going to church, reading your bible, getting baptized. These works will not save you! But, because we love Him, we want to obey his commandments. It has taken me until last month to obey his commandment of getting baptized. That doesn't mean I wasn't saved before, if it did; it would become a works based salvation. And like I said, we can do nothing to save ourselves, it's only God.
So here is a prayer you can say if you want to accept Jesus into your life and become a Christian.

Dear God,
I know I am a sinner and not worthy of being with you and entering heaven. I am not perfect, and I be sin against you. For that, I am sorry. I believe that you sent your son to die on the cross for my sins and rose again three days later. I ask that you come into my life as my Lord and savior. I will try to obey your commandments because I love you, not because it will save me.

And then you will be saved. I hope that cleared up any confusion as to what in the world I am talking about when I say being saved. I hope this helped lead you or a friend to Christ.
