14th Night: Our First Date

(Mitsuki's Dream)
            What is this place? I got up from where I was lying down. I woke up in a very familiar atmosphere, and it's one I don't want to remember. Now I remember. This is the Maze of Memories, where Kaname and I were able to escape from. I was surrounded by fog, so I could barely see what was around me.

"It's nice to see you again, Mitsuki." When I looked, it was Rido approaching me, with an evil smirk.

"What are you doing here? You're unconscious, in a coffin! It's impossible that you can even get into my dream!" However, he wasn't listening to me he just continued to approach me.

"Sweetie, you should know yourself that we Purebloods are capable of anything." I began to get nervous.

"W-what do you want?" I said.

"You know what I want. I want you to become mine." He won't stop, won't he?

"How many times do I have to tell you that I already belong to someone else?" He laughed.

"I know. That's what you think. I've been watching the both of you since your Prince Charming put me to sleep. You got engaged, and gave birth to your first child."

What the hell? How does he know all of this if he was sleeping in a coffin?

"I know all of this because for these nine months, I watched the both of you through Senri's body. I acted like how he usually acts, and I was able to get around without suspicion. And by the way, Kaname was wrong. A few years? Not even close. The day of my awakening is approaching." No. It isn't possible!!! I thought it was going to be years!

"Hahaha... See you soon my sweet little Mitsuki...."

*end of dream*

"No!" I screamed, as I sprang up from bed.

It was still nighttime, and Kaname was right beside me, and began to get worried.

"Mitsuki, are you ok? You're sweating."

It was a dream? But it felt so real..

"Nothing. It was just another nightmare. I'm okay." Kaname began to look worried.

"Mitsuki, what was the dream about?"

I have to tell him. That had to be Rido talking to me in my dreams. I told him the dream I had, and he ended up having a surprised look on his face.

"How is that even possible?" He said.

"Maybe he found a way to awaken without Kuran blood." I said.

Kaname then thought to himself for a bit.

"I think we might have to go back to Cross Academy. We have to find a way to finish Rido off." I'm pretty sad at his declaration, since I liked staying here with him and Koichi like a happy family.

"When are we going to leave?" I said.

"Maybe the night after tomorrow." However, I thought of Koichi.

"Kaname, who's going to take care of Koichi while we are in class?" I said.

"Hmm.. That's a good question." He thought of this for a little bit and then got an idea.

"Maybe we can ask the Headmaster or hire a babysitter." He said. I looked at the time and it read, 7:00 am.

"Well, now it's day and I'm not tired anymore." Kaname then had an idea.

"Let's go out then. I can call someone to watch Koichi."

"Who is going to come here during the day to babysit? Everyone probably sleeping by now." I said.
