I sat on Chris's lap as we sat there back stage doing an interview.
"You guys seem like a cute couple. You guys are dating right?" Chris shook his head
"We're not dating she's my girl" he said
"So boyfriend and girlfriend type shit" I nodded and he did too
"I ain't gon' lie yall make me jealous asf."
"How ?" I questioned
"Cause ion got no girl, and to see y'all together during this interview and I'm just sitting hea' watchin' yall make me want a girl too"
"Then get one you got plenty of time for cuffin' season "
Two girls, half naked walked passed us, and he stopped and looked
"Shit I think I may get cuffed tonight"
Chris laughed and I did as well.
"Where are all of you girls headed to?" He questioned one of the girls
"The After party"
"Yall needa ride ?"
"Sure"
The both of them came over and sat on his lap
"Bruh fuck cuffin' season I'm good uncuffed."
They smiled and Chris and I laughed at his facial expressions. He ended the interview and they left leaving it to just the two of us.
"You wanna go to the after party?" He asked me
"I don't care." I stated in a shrug.
"We can go there for a luh whi--"
We were cut off with August and La'Nisha walking in. Why? I don't know.
"Hey" La'Nisha greeted
"Hi" I said awkwardly waving
"Hi" Chris added also.
"I'm a big fan of yours." La'Nisha stated to Chris.
"Thank you"
August gave Chris a dap then awkwardly said hi to me.
"We just came to say congratulations" La' Nisha said giving me a hug.
"For what?"
"On you being happy, I don't know you've been through a lot and I know it's my fault, but I just wanna be on good terms with you, Keyanna"
I could see her eyes started to water and I don't why but I started feeling bad. I gave her a hug again
"It's not your fault. I didn't mean to give you a hard time."
She nodded and we just smiled.
"See I really do enjoy your music, especially that song you sang on stage"
"Thanks you can get it on iTunes." She nodded "I most definitely will."
So we sat there, and just talked. Chris and August spoke like nothing was weird. August actually said he was happy for us and thanked me on my performance. Shocker.
They still sat there talking like their was no tomorrow.
" Yall goin to the after party?" Chris nodded
"Yea for only a luh bit though."
August nodded and continued speaking to him.
I was getting tired. And I needed an excuse to get my ass outta hea'.
