"So you did the verse?" I nodded "yeah, and it actually didn't sound that bad!" I added
"You see, you prolly have it in your blood" I laughed "right"
"Whatchu' mean right, you prolly sound real good, lemme listen to it" I shook my head " no "
"Then when am I gonna hear it?"
I shrugged "at the show." I stated
I sat on his lap just looking through my feed.
"You never post on Instagram." Chris said out of of the blue.
"And??" I asked not seeing why it mattered
"I follow you and you don't even post. Last time you posted it was like 8 weeks ago."
I shrugged.
"Am I a photographer? No? Am I trying to entertain the public by sticking my ass out ? No."
"I never said you had to take pictures like that. I'm just saying you should take more pics"
"Why? I see you like everyday now. Especially when I specifically left L.A. to let you get back to work, and then two weeks later you come to ATL."
He shrugged, "I can leave" he said looking at me
"I didn't say that Christopher."
He laughed, "well then why are you complaining"
"I'm not, but aren't you tired of seeing me?" I questioned
"No!" He quickly answered
I laughed, "okay then"
He took a sip from his cup then felt my stomach.
"I definitely feel a bump" Chris stated
"I do too" I said putting my hand over his.
"Bruh this cool as fuhh"
I laughed. It felt good to talk about baby things especially with Chris who made things extra goofy.
The door opened and I slapped Chris's hand away and then pretended to speak with him about a different topic.
"I found Arielle wandering " August said
I sat up and seen Arielle walk over to me.
"Yea she seen you when we were coming in, so I let her go over"
August nodded and I stood up picking her up. Chris stood up and dapped August.
"Chris you performin' ?"
"Yea they sticked me into the show."
"That's good,"
"Yeah I guess, but like right after I perform I gotta leave and go all the way to Virginia."
"Why?"
"My cousin's getting married and he wants me to be there"
There was a weird silence then August looked at me then Arielle then decided to leave. Thank gawwww
"Arielle you ready???" Chris asked
"Yes!" She exclaimed
Chris taught her some moves, and when Arielle actually liked it she told me that she wanted to Dance on Stage. She says if she gets to she'll promise to keep her mouth zipped. I mean Chris of course said yes, but I am super nervous for her.
"Why can't I see the dance??!" I whined
"Cause it's a SURPRISE!" Ari exclaimed
I mugged the shit outta Chris knowing he most likely told her to keep it a surprise.
