Chapter 21

-Okay first of all, I'm really sorry for taking so long to update not only this book but also 'It's all about him' for those of you that are also reading that one. School's back and to be honest I'm quite stressed with homework and assignments, it's also really hot here in Australia not that that's an excuse but here's an update!-

(Oh and if you guys don't remember this part it's in chapter 15 when the boys convince Al to tell her mum everything, I forgot that in that chapter she almost blurted something out to the boys that she's never told anyone, something about her dad. The boys will find out what it is that she's keeping from them in this update, I'd completely forgotten about it!)

My eyes slowly open to a sound I've missed far to much.

I turn around which was a little hard because his arms were draped over my stomach. I watch him intently as he softly snores away, his lips slightly parted and his curls all over the place.

His room was darker then usual, either I've woken up late at night, or very early. Either way was expected though, since I had to spend a night in hospital where I got no sleep mind you.

I've always had a fear of sleeping in hospitals, I'm not to sure why.

I sit up, removing Luke's arm from around my waist trying not to disturb him.

I was successful as he rolled over to face the other way, I then sat up on the edge of the bed admiring my house which stood directly across from Luke's window.

It was a beautiful house with ugly memories, a lot like my old house.

Suddenly the sound of Luke's quiet snores were replaced with rather fast pants.

I turned to see Luke shaking, causing me to quickly crawl over to him.

After attempting to shake him awake but failing, I placed my hand on his forehead and that's when I realised he was sweating like crazy.

"Luke!" I shouted, trying to sit him up.

I started panicking, but at that moment the twins bedroom door flew open and the light came on. Jai walked in backwards still talking to Beau who was outside the door.

"Jai, please come here!" I pleaded, he turned and his eyes set on Luke before running over with Beau following behind.

"What's wrong with him?" Jai rushed, lightly slapping his brothers cheek attempting to wake him.

"I um, his having a panic attack I think?" I stated, rather confused.

Luke suddenly sat up, his eyes springing open.

"Luke it's okay! Breathe," I cooed, cupping his cheek.

His eyes darted to mine and in a split second I was wrapped tightly in his arms.

"You're alive Al, you're alive. It was just a dream, you're alive" He repeated to himself.

I watched as Beau and Jai's features softened at his words.

I didn't reply, I didn't know what to say. This was new to me this situation was usually the other way around, me wrapped in Luke's arms.

Not that I minded though, I cared for his wellbeing just as much as he cared for mine.

"Jai, could you take him for a minute? I'll get him some water, and his hurting me a little," I spoke softly, smiling a little.

He didn't hesitate in taking Luke from me, he was concerned for his brother as was Beau.

The shaking subsided, but he was quite pale.

I stood up to leave for the water but Luke clutched my hand in his, I turned and his beautiful brown eyes looked tired and stressed.
