***** 12 Days Later *****

Olivia's P.O.V.

Okay. Today is the day. The day my world gets so much brighter. The day I smile like I mean it. The day my butterflies return. The day I feel the touch of love again. The day that makes December so much lighter. The day my love comes home. Today is the day Louis comes home.

I had to pick him up at 3 this afternoon. I accidentally woke up at 4:30 a.m. and I couldn't fall back asleep. I was in my kitchen eating some cereal, staring out my window. I saw a girl outside my window, standing in the snow. I set down my bowl and squinted to see what she was holding. It was a poster with the words 'OLOUVIA 4-EVER!!' written colorfully on it. I smiled yet registered her delusion. She was outside my flat at six a.m. just to tell me she loved my relationship.

I left the kitchen and slipped on my thick coat. I found one of Louis' beanies and slipped that on. I left my flat and jogged down the stairs in my huge snow boots. I stumbled through the deep snow to find the girl. She was still tilting her poster up towards my window, jumping up and down like she was trying to get my attention. I was trying to be sneaky and creep up on her and surprise her, except my boots caught on something and I nose-dived into the cold ice.

"Mother f-" I stopped myself before I finished that word in the presence of a fan.

"Are you okay?!" The girl asked, jogging over to help me. In an attempt to regain my pride, I quickly stood up, brushing the snow off my sweatpants. "Oh my gosh...it's really you. You really saw my sign." She gasped as she got closer to me. I smiled, ignoring the frozen burn of the snow on my cheeks.

"Yeah I tried to be sneaky but I'm not the most graceful person on the planet." I joked. I got a better look at the girl. She was maybe 14 or 15 with her auburn hair tucked into a knit cap.

"My name's Kaitlyn." She breathed still staring at me like I was an exhibit at a museum.

"Well I guess you know I'm Olivia." I told her laughing. Kaitlyn laughed too, still staring at me with huge blue eyes.

"I came here because I wanted to share something with you." Kaitlyn blurted out. "I know it's super early, but I'm leaving London soon and I needed to tell you this." Kaitlyn explained.

"Sure...go ahead." I said, folding my arms together to save some of the escaping heat.

"I think of you as an inspiration. You are absolutely gorgeous and you get so much hate for just simply being the source of Louis' happiness. You don't even let the hate get to you. Not once have I seen you reply to hate on any social networking device. You don't let it phase you. You are just absolutely amazing and I've always wanted to tell you that." When she was done, she was shaking. My head makes me think it's because she's in my presence, but the realistic part of me knows it's because of the snow.

"Aw thanks, Kaitlyn." I said to her. "To be honest, you're quite mad coming out here this early in this weather. I mean I'm just me, I'm nothing special. But you caught me on a good day so lets get the photo-op done so we can get outta this snow, yeah?" I said. She just smiled real big and then crashed into me with a big hug.

"I knew coming out here this early when no one else would be here would pay off." Kaitlyn said to herself as she continued to squeeze the life out of me. We then took at least a dozen photos. We took some cute, normal ones, and then a few weird and goofy ones.

"Alright, Kaitlyn, here's twenty bucks for cab fair. And if there's some left over buy yourself a nice, warm drink to get warm blood flowing through you." I said handing her a bill. (A/N: I don't know British currency, sorry, I know it's incorrect!) Her eyes widened and her mouth dropped. I stuff the bill in her hand. "Your dedication is incredible. You deserve so much more." I replied. She attacked me in another hug.
