Why would i leave you ?

The next day, ash woke up and found out that everyone were already out of bed and were outside having breakfast. He could tell so because he heard them from outside the room. He got up, got ready, and then sat at the table. "morning guys", he said as he sat down. "hey", everuoje else replied. "so looks like you're going out somewhere", ash asked as everyone had their backpacks on. "oh we're just going to go and get tickets to the league", clemont. "yep", bonnie nodded. "we have to go early coz they might get sold out", serena added. "well you don't really need your bags for that right", ash sighed. "we know...... But it just feels weird without them", serena sighed as well. "make sure you get tickets right in front. You wanna have a close look at me lifting the cup", ash grinned as he said this. "you gotcha", clemont said. "well we'll be going now", he added. "okay. Ill just be by the park and be doing some training as usual", ash said. "okay", serena replied. "bye ash", clemont, serena and bonnie said as they walked out the door. "bye", ash replied. "well we better get going as well", ash said to his pikachu. "pika", the Pokemon squealed. Ash and pikachu left to the park to train, with all of ashs Pokemon in his bag. They reached the park and ash brought out all his Pokemon to train. To his surprise, his greninja md charizard were acting more like a team now. He felt really happy about that.

"lookie here its the twerps charizard", jessie said as she looked through binoculars, from the tree that charizard was punching last night. "lemme see", James said as he grabbed the binoculars from jessie. "oh so it is charizard", James said. Jessie smafked him on the head after saying this. "oh really. I thought it was a caterpie", she said as she did so. "ouch that hurt........ Well you're awfully quiet today meowth", James said rubbing his head. "meowth ?", jessie asked confused as their talking Pokemon looked like it was in deep thought, looking off into the distance. "well i found out why we can never catch pikachu", meowth said, still looking away. "oh really, what is it then", James asked eagerly. "its because pikachu knows he's getting caught", meowth replied. "well how do we cqtch it, without it knowing stupid", jessie said. "IM NOT TALKING ABOUT PIKACHU !", meowth yelled. Luckily ash didn't hear. "well then who did you mean", James asked. "im talking about the twerps other Pokemon, we'll steal them while they're still in their pokeballs", meowth replied. "that doesn't sound too shabby", jessie said. "not shabby at all", James added. "and we'll finally catch pikachu", meowth said gifgling, with his commrades giggling as well. By this time, greninja had already noticed that team rocket was hiding in the tree, so he shot a water pulse directly at it, sending them blasting off................ Again.

"hey ash", bonniw yelled as she came running up from the distance. "hey", ash replied, ash he turned around. "ash we have some funny news actually", serena started off. "what is it ?", ash asked confused. "well the league... You know...... Is kinda.......... Tomorrow", clemont said, pulling a really forced smile. "what ! Im not ready yet", ash yelled. "oh come on, you'll do great ash", serena said, putting her hand on his shoulder. "yeah, and plus too much training may cause your Pokemon to get tired", clemont said. "yeah, and even if you lose, you could always do something else", bonnie said. "yeah i guess you're right.. But the thing is..... Im not gonna lose", ash said, making a thumbs up. "you could always do something else". These were the words that ran through serenas head. She had almost forgotten her greatest fear, what ash was going to do after the league. Knowing that the league was the next day didn't make her feel any better. She just stood there in silence, wondering what will happen. "serena", she heard a voice call to her. She snapped out of her day dream and found out that bonnie was waving her hands in front of her face. "s-sorry about that", she said. "its alright, lets head back to clemonts place", he said with a grin. "o-oh okay", serena said softly and followed.

back at the house, serena was still looking all upset and dull. Ash noiced but he knew that serena just needed some space. If hurt him so badly to know that there was nothing he could do to help her. Now even ash started to look upset now. Clemont and bonniw noticed that they were both upset and bonnie was about to go and do something about. Clemont pulled her back as she was walking towards ash to ask him something. "just give em some space", clemont said with a serious tone. "okay", bonnie replied. Clemont was quite surprised that what he did actually worked. Bonnie usually never does anything that he asks her to. Ash and serena were even silent at dinner and they hardly ate anything ASH hardly eat anything. Clemint or bonnie still didn't ask them anything, they just left them alone. They all went to sleep that night, but something was different, there was no hugging. Serena and ash never even bothered to say goodnight to each other. This is when bonnie and clemont started to get really worried about them. But sadly, there was nothing they could do.

ash and serena slept there in silence, with their backs facing each other and sadness in their hearts.

ash woke up im the middle of the night, panting and gasping for air. He couldn't breathe properly ! Luckily nothing serious happened and he was fine after a few minutes. He sat up and looked around and saw that serena wasn't there with him. So he decided to just wear his jacket on top of his ptjamas and go outside to see where she was. Ash went out the front door and was about to search for her by the park, but he stopped as he heard someone crying in clemonts backyard. He recognized the goice, it was serena. He went to the backyard and saw that serena was sitting over there on a garden table, which was there for bbqs and stuff. Serena sat there, with her face palmed, she was mumbling something over and over. Ash went and sat down right beside her. "hey what's wrong ?", he asked, in a really concerned voice. He couldn't bear to see serena this way. "im fine just go away", serena replied blankly. "not untill you tell me what's wrong", ash said firmly. "ash i cant okay...... You said it yourself, you cant tell me everything remember", serena said, shutting down ash's every opurtunity to make her feel better. "now i can honestly say that i can serena. I can tell you everything", ash said putting his hand on serenas lap. By this time serena had stopped her crying a little, but you could still tell that she was. "ash.......", serena started slowly, tightening her fists. "you can tell me anything right", she asked. "of course serena", ash replied. "d-do you ha-have a g-g-girlfriend", she asked. Hoping that the answer would be no. To her please, it was. "at least a crush", she asked with more confidence. "yes serena i do", ash replied. They felt like daggers piercing into serenas heart, she felt her heart break into a thousand pieces. she began sobbing again, this time even more than before. "whast happened", ash asked, worried. "i don't want you to leave after the league okay !", serena snapped, as she banged the table with both her hands, with her head facing the ground, and began to cry even more. Serena felt palms cup her cheeks, ash lifted her head up so he could see her. He pulled her hair out of her eyes and tucked it behing her ear. He wiped away her tears and said,"now tell me why i would leave you serena", ash asked with a grin on her face. Serena felt her cheeks heat up, she suddenly felt a lot better, but why ?. Ash leaned closer to serena. She felt lips being slowly pressed onto hers. Her cheeks flushed a bright red. Actually her whole face did !. Ash Ketchum, the boy of her dreams was kissing her !. It took about a few seconds until serena started kissing back as well. The kiss broke after some time, as they both needed some air, but serena immediately pulled ash into a hug. "i love you too", she said, with her head in his chest. They just stayed there, in that same position for about 10 minutes. None of them wanted to break out of their hug. "you're the crush i was talking about", ash said as he looked into her eyes and smiled. "i love you", he repeated, making serena blush again. "we should probably get some sleep", serena suggested, still in ash's arms. "okay lets go", ash said, as he and serena walked to the room to sleep. They both layed down in their bed, hugging each other, as usual. But this time it wasn't just an act of kindness, it was an act of love. "goodnight", serena said, lightly pecking ash's lips. "goodnight", ash said as he pulled serena in closer. They both slept there. Honestly it was the best sleep they ever had their whole lives. Lucky for them, honnie wasn't awake to see them. So they slept their peacefully, in each others embrace.
