I originally came into WWE as a backstage interviewer. I had a history in journalism and I had been a broadcaster for several years, working for small TV shows based around my hometown in Los Angeles. So as a lifelong wrestling fan, when I got the call from WWE to come and audition for them, I jumped at the chance. I tried not to get my hopes up incase my audition wasn't a success but I made sure to give it my best. When i finally got a call back from them, offering me the job, i was over the moon.

That was over two years ago and I had transitioned from my interviewing post into a valet. I wasn't sure about the change at first but WWE had faith in me and I gave it a go. It turns out that i took to it pretty easily and when I was told I would be a valet for The Shield I was incredibly nervous. I liked to keep fit but was not athletic in the slightest and I didn't understand what I could possibly bring to their already well executed faction. I worried that they wouldn't want me to join them. I had never been as nervous as i was on the day I met the them but i soon found out that I had absolutely nothing to worry about.

The Shield would turn out to be the very least of my worries....
