We were only a couple weeks into school when during english class we had a lockdown. We all thought it was fake until we were there for a hour. Then we knew it was real. I had texted Nick just in case it was my last minutes to be alive. I told him the situation and I got no answer. Twenty minutes later he texted me back."OMG Are you okay?" So I replied " I am for now but I am a bit scared". I had not got a reply for five minutes then a strange number texted me. "Because these may be your last minutes I thought you would like the number of a hot guy. Your welcome*wink wink* from you know who". The lock down had finnished after two and a half hours. We were all okay.
When I got on the bus I was curious to who's number Nick had gave me so I started texting it. Come to find out that the boys name was Avery. We had started talking a lot and he seemed like a nice guy but I wasn't sure if he was right for me.
That weekend was the weekend of the fair. I stayed at the trailer but Avery and Nick went together. As the night went on Avery was texting me. "So what do you look like and would I be interested in you" he asked me. I responded " I am not very pretty, I'm short, a brunette, and I have blue eyes." A second after he replied "I'm sure your pretty" so I told him " Even ask Nick he will tell you I'm not pretty". A moment later I got a text from Avery again " You're a liar. Nick said you are beautiful." *Wow Nick just called me beautiful* I texted Nick and told him he was a liar but he never answered.
The next day Nick had came up to the trailer. As soon as he got there I pulled him off to the side and confronted him about it. His response was " You are beautiful. How do girls not see it. Just because you don't have a boyfriend right now doesn't mean your ugly. You are rely pretty and you better belive it". I couldn't even think straight after those words came out of his mouth. OMG WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!!♡♡
