Well I guess I should tell you every last detail of this weekend so sorry this chapter in kinda long.
It started off on Friday night. Our last weekend of camping for the year. I headed down to the park when I saw Serena and Nick were already down there. When I got down to the park and said hey the conversation they were having changed. I could not hear what they were talking about but I knew it was a secret. We started talking about random stuff when Nick decided to blurt out the weirdest thing. He said " I really want to kiss someone now!". Out of shock I asked him if it was anyone in particular. He responded to my question by saying yes. I had a feeling he was talking about me but then I thought it could never be me he was talking about. I started naming people off "Serena, Alexis, Bailey, his x girlfriends...". He responded to everyone of them by saying NO!!! I wanted to know who it was sooooo bad. Serena left for supper so Nick said "Come to the tower and I will tell you who it is.
I got up to the tower and Nick looked very doubtful "So who is it" I asked. " they wouldn't kiss me anyways so I shouldn't even tell you". He replied devistated. "Tell me who it is and I will tell you if she would". He began to type letters into his phone. The letters spelt out one word YOU. I was shocked. "I know you wouldn't ever kiss me because you want to save our first kiss till you are 16 and you would never kiss someone like me. Would you?". "WHY WOULDN'T I. You are someone I can put all my trust into. You are perfect and I would sooooo kiss you." I responded. Nick leaned in and so did I. Just as our noses tapped of course someone started to talk. "Ewww what are you guys doing up there" my little brother Luke yelled at us. Nick instantly pulled away and said "We will save this for later". My heart sunk deep down into my chest.
My brother had left but neither one of us talked for a minute. "So you actually would have" Nick questioned again. "Yes" was my quick response. "You know I have wanted to kiss you since the dock right? That's why I kept looking over at you"."OMG that's why you kept looking over at me?" Ya were his next words. "After you didn't want me putting my arm around you at the fence I thought you didn't like me." He stated. " I froze up cause I was so nervous." I replied. " Wow that makes me feel a lot better. I thought you would hate me." "Ya I thought you would hate me"."I got to go and sadly I won't be here tommrow so I will see you Sunday and that is when I will surprise you with you know what." OMG WHAT HAPPENED♡♡♡
Saturday was the longest day of my life. I wanted to see him so bad but I knew he wasn't comming till late that night. I decided to go to my trailer at 11pm. At one in the morning I was almost asleep when I felt my phone vibrate. Nick had just got it the trailer and wanted me to see him. I snuck out of the trailer and met him down by the pool. I knew I would see him tommrow but I didn't think tommrow would come soon enough. We talked for a minuite but then I had I sneek back into my trailer.
My parents woke me up at 8:30 that morning and told me we were leaving. WHAT WAS GOING ON I DIDN'T GET TO SAY GOODBYE TO NICK YET!!! I texted him and told him what was going on. "Meet me at the rec center" He texted me. "Okay" I replied. When I asked my parents if I could go say goodbye they told me no. I knew that he was going to give me my surprise. My parents made me sit in the truck and I wasn't aloud out. As we started driving off I saw Nick wave to me. I couldn't stop crying. I had makeup all over my face. The last time I had cried was during my panic attack that he had been there to help me with. The only thing I could think was there goes my opportunity to make us more than friends.
