Mmk.

So this is sorta more of a "I wish I went to those kinds of schools", plea than a rant.

So.

You know how in a book, especially Wattpad books, they get to do whatever the hell they want? (I.e, bullying, full on make out sessions, blah blah)

Well, I wanna know...

WHY CANT THEY BE REAL?

I started high school last month, and you literally can't get away with anything.(Probably except for chewing gum bc I'm so stealthy)

THEY DON'T EVEN ALLOW YOU TO BRING MARKERS BECAUSE THEY'RE AFRAID OF GRAFFITI.

But it's a known fact that no school staff gives less fucks than fictional ones.

I MEAN, YOU CAN WEAR LITERALLY WHATEVER.

I don't go to a private school, but it's one of those "gifted" (idk what to call it) public schools in New York, and we have a specific ass dress code that can't be altered. And I mean to the point where they take the article of clothing(I,e A SWEATER THATS NOT AN EXACT GRAY PULLOVER. DUMB PRINCIPAL) from you if it varies even a bit.

And honestly, this is outside Wattpad too.

Have you seen what kids get away with wearing on shows?

Not that there's anything at all wrong with 'em, but in most schools, you couldn't dream of wearing clothes like that.

DO YOU GUYS KNOW HOW MUCH BLACK I WOULD BE WEARING IF I COULD?

In 11th and 12th grade, I don't have uniform anymore BUT STILL. AND ANOTHER THING.

MOST FICTIONAL STUDENTS LEAVE SCHOOL WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE CUTTING CLASS. IN MINE, WE HAVE ID CARDS, CAMERAS AND ATTENDANCE CHECKS EVERY PERIOD. THERES NO ESCAPE FROM THE HELL HOLE.

Also, let's talk about the social and academic expectations for students.

Social; You need to wear this, and you need to drive that. Your house needs to be this big, and your parents need to make this much money.

Let's be honest here. Yes, there are a lot of schools, where little shithead people make fun of you for what you do and don't have. There's no denying the fact. But,

B U T T (see what I did there?)

I personally don't believe it's to the extent books make it out to be.

You come to school to; 1)Get a fucking education, 2) Make life long friends, 3)Have as much fun as humanly possible along the way, and 4) Grow and mature as a person.

Sometimes people don't give a damn about what you wear.

And now academically.

Believe it or not, I take my grades deadly serious.

And to be honest, most times in books, especially Wattpad ones, the only students that give a damn about their grades are the nerdy, unpopular girls and boys. Note how I said it isn't only the female population.

Wanting good grades, or reading a lot doesn't make you "lame" or "uncool".

IT SHOWS YOU HAVE PRIORITIES.

And in the schools I've went to before, the most "popular" had some amazing ass grades.

Now I'm not calling fictional schools a bad representation of real schools, I'm just saying it would be cool to have some of their qualities in mine.

That's all.

Lol, joking. Fun fact, I was on the bus one morning, going to school, and I came up with this idea.

In all honesty, I'm gonna quit making sappy author notes every time I don't update for a while.

Reason being, I won't be able to update as often anymore.

Reason Number 1: HIGH SCHOOL IS A PAIN IN THE ASS. I started Sep. 9th btw.

SHIT ISNT ANYTHING LIKE HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL. (I'm kidding, I didn't expect it to be like High School Musical..... *cough*)

I have more work to do, and I'm getting stressed the hell out.

Nothing you nor I haven't heard before from a Wattpad writer, huh?

Reason Number 2: I need to get back into reading. I have Percy Jackson books I've been neglecting for like three years, John Green books because... John Green. And I'm about to order this book by Rainbow Rowell, AMAZING ASS WRITER SHE IS.

Also, I have some fanfiction writers here on Wattpad I really love. YOU AWESOME BEASTS KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

Reason Number 3: IM REALLY GETTING INTO ANIME AND MANGA. I would like dedicate some time to that.

So I would like to say thank you to everyone that's been reading for over half a year now. OH MY GOD JANUARY MAKES IT A YEAR. WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE? And for all the new readers, HELLOOOO. ARE Y'ALL USED TO MY INSANITY AND VULGAR LANGUAGE YET?

I think I'll be updating mainly on a random Saturday or Sunday when I have time, and I'm in the right state of mind. Currently not in the best place of my life right now, but it'll be okay.

Thanks for getting me to like, 3k reads, guys. I owe you this explanation.
