"Kate, you're home late" Daniel said after Luke left

"Yeah, goodnight" I said trying to end the conversation

"where are your shoes Kate?" I looked down at my feet and remembered that Luke still has them

"Luke has them" I said with a yawn "goodnight sleep tight don't-"

"A ring? So you two are engaged now?" I looked down at my hand

"Well isn't someone observant, I really have to go now" I said as I unlocked my apartment door

"Goodnight Kate" he finally went back into his apartment and I walked into mine

I took out my phone and saw about 6 messages:
That was amazing Kate, I'm sure your parents are proud -Lily

I thought you were going to screw it up, you did better than expected -mom

Well done Kate- dad

I have your shoes -Luke

Can't give them back to you this week, Egypt... -Luke

When are you quitting your job? -Luke

I only replied to Luke:

After I replied I fell on my bed and before I knew it I was asleep

I got woken up by my phone ringing

"Kate Isles hello"

"Miss Isles, this is Anne Louis from people magazine, I wanted to congratulate you on your engagement and I was wondering if you and mr. Adams will be able to have an interview with us"

"Uhm, well my fiancé is in Egypt for the rest of the week and next week we will be looking at houses so if it's fine with you, we can have an interview in 2 weeks time"

"Yes, thank you miss Isles that would be lovely"

"Ok, bye" I hung up

What have you just done? A little voice in my head asked.
I seriously don't know.
Phone Luke

I got out my phone and phoned Luke "hey" Luke said sounding tired

"Luke, we have an interview with people magazine in 2 weeks time"

"Oh my word, why Kate"he said annoyed

"They asked" I said innocently

"Ok fine, bye"

"Bye" I hung up

I called Lily
"Hey bride to be" Lily said mockingly

"Hey maid of honour, what you doing today?"

"I'm your maid of honour?" She asked excitedly

"Yes"

"Cool, well I'm going to stay at home since we aren't working today"

"Scratch that plan, you and I are going to apply me to a university and sort out all the paoer work"

"What?" She asked shock

"Luke wants me to quit my job and go to university"

"Ok, I'll be there in an hour" she said hesitantly

"Thanx, goodbye Lily"

"Bye Kate" I hung up and decided to call my parents

"Mr Isles speaking" I heard my dad's voice
