I said goodbye to Molly. I told her that i'd be back in a couple of weeks, or more. She gave me my flip-phone which I stole from one of the staff who work here, which was shortly after confiscated by Harping. She kept confiscated items in a locked drawer in her room, and when she finds out that it's not there anymore... Molly'll pay for that later. I thanked her, for everything, staying with me, putting up with my constant pranks which got us both in to trouble, and most of all for being my friend. I climbed into Hagrids... motorbike thing... and we were off. We arrived at Kings Cross Station. We bundled all my luggage onto a trolley. He showed me a ticket which read Platform 9 3/4 "you hold on to that," he said, "it's very important, very important indeed!"

"Ok," I replied, "but Hagrid, is there such thing as Platform 9 3/4? I've never taken a train before, but-" I look up to find Hagrid, not there. "Great, ditched by a giant. Fantastic."

I took my trolly and asked someone where platform 9 3/4 was. "You having a laugh?" The fat man exclaimed. I handed him the ticket for proof and threw it to the ground.

I picked it up and walked away feeling embarrassed. At this point it was becoming more and more apparent that this was a joke. I was close to shouting in the middle of the station "alright! The jokes over!" until I heard a boy with a strong Irish accent use the term "muggle", I think I heard Hagrid saying it on the drive here. He had brown soft hair and deep brown eyes. I caught up with him and said, "excuse me, um, this might sound a bit weird but... Do you know where platform 9 3/4 is?" he looked at his handsome friend who had an Afro and said, "you serious?"

"yeah?" i replied feeling my face turn pink.

"Havn't you been to Hogwarts before? How old are you?"

"16"

"16? Weird to be joining this late?" the taller boy said with a much more southern-British accent.

"It would seem so," I agreed

"Ok, well, welcome to Hogwarts," said the Irish boy, "I'm Seamus, Seamus Finnigan, this is Dean"

"Hi, nice to meet you" smiled Dean

"Hi," i smiled back

"Ok, it's really simple. Just walk straight into the centre of the wall between platforms 9 and 10" said Seamus

"What?"

"It seemed crazy to me too in my first year," he laughed, "but if you want to get on the train then..."

I'm so nervous, and Seamus and his friend could see that. What if I walk straight into the wall and make a fool of myself? I'm embarrassed enough as it is.

"Look, just watch me do it first," said Dean.

He took hold of his trolley and ran straight through the wall! Gone! My eyes may as well have burst out of its sockets and rolled onto the floor.

I looked around wondering if anyone had seen that. The astonishment on my face made Seamus laugh and he asked me if I wanted to try. I held on to my trolley and shut my eyes tightly and broke for the wall. As i was running, i felt cold for a moment then there was a sudden fresh breeze.

I opened my eyes and, in astonishment, my mouth fell to the floor. A huge red steam train with golden writting on the front, annoting the words "The Hogwarts Express" and under neath that, the date "5972". It's real. It's all real. That means my family could be too.

I looked up to see the platform number, and it said it, 'Platform 9 3/4'. Amazing. Seamus popped out from behind me and held my shoulder tight, "brilliant, is it?" he said. I looked at him with the fattest smile on my face.

It's true! It's all true! Well, the magic is real, but what about this Harry, Hagrid was going on about?: "He's the greatest seeker in the entire school!", "he's so intelligent", "great lad!", "just like his parents". Well this sounds to me like i'd probably be the dissapointment to my parent as this, Harry, seems to be so bloody... perfect.

"So, which house are you in?" asked Dean.

"What?"

"Oh... Seamus!" Dean called, "She doesn't know what house she's in... She hasnt been sorted yet"

"HA!" Seamus laughed, "she has to do it with the first years! Oh, that'll be a sight to see..."

"Yeah, yeah, a good laugh, but where does she sit on the train you muppet? She cant sit with the first years"

"Yeah, no first years please!" I butted in

"I'm sure she can sit with us, in the Gryffindor carriage"

"Yeah, right... Gryffindor... Heard they're- uh- great... great" i said. I didnt have a clue what they were going on about, what's a Griffindor? I couldnt tell whether it was a place or an animal. It kind of sounds like a chocolate brand, like Cadburry's or something. I followed Seamus and Dean onto the train, and Dean helped me with my luggage.

We sat down in a large cabin with three other people. "Hey guys!" beamed Seamus. Everyone was so happy and excited to see eachother. Words were thrown around the walls like, "it's been too long", "why didnt you send me an owl or something?", "we should've met up", "have you been practising for charms?".

I felt very awkward and out of place because i didnt know anyone or what they were talking about. It was like another language. I had no social skills in their world.

It must be nice to have so many friends. They talk to eachother like they're family. I noticed Dean saw me feeling sheepish so he introduced me to everyone "ok, this is Parvati Patil, her sister is in Ravenclaw, they're twins," they all laugh, "this is Romilda Vane, she's... weird. And this-"he sighed, "this is Neville..." The chubby looking boy seemed to be struggling with standing up straight, he had his finger trapped in-between the pole of the golden shelf. "He's... Not got the best luck!"

"It's true... Bad things always happen to- AH!" suddenly, a bag falls from the shelf and hits him in the back. At least he wasnt stuck any more. He jumped up and fixed his jumper acting casual about it. He made eye contact with me and locked it. Dean stares at him and could see i was feeling uncomfortable, "Uh.. Yeah. So, anyways, this is... Um..." he looks over to Seamus for help

"Sorry, we didnt quite catch your name"

"Anora," i said, "Anora Potter"

Everybody gasps. "Potter?" they all mutter to eachother.

"As in, Harry Potter?" says Parvati

"Uh, yeah, i think so, i dont really kno- Why?"

"That's impossible, Harry hasn't got a family" says Neville rubbing his back

"Yeah, Neville's right," said Seamus, "must just be a coincidence?"

"No... I'm his uh... 'long-lost sister'" I joked making quotations with my hands.

"That's impossible," proclaimed Dean, "Harry's family was completely taken out by you-know-who... if there was a sister of all things, she would've been in the story!"

"Wiped out?" I exclaimed
