Diana made two stops then continued to drive until she was completely out of the city with only narrow roads and vast sprawling lands with small towns to accompany them; they had been on the road for several hours with a few stops to see if they were being followed.

But there was no sign of that man.

During those moments Diana remained silent, eyes scanning the roads ahead, she had said nothing during those times. She surveyed the area and kept to herself, she was purposely distancing herself from them Noah could see that clearly. She had done it several times before but this time it felt different, he wasn't sure why but he felt like it would be the last.

While driving once more Diana glanced back into the rear-view mirror and finally spoke. "When we reach the destination I'll scope out the area, when it's clear one of you can drive the car back to London. Can ether of you drive?"

"I can," James said. "But wait you expect us to just leave you in this place? Where the hell are we even headed anyway?"

"You'll see," and then she was back to silence.

They drove for at least another thirty minutes before Diana stopped the car at a place that looked to a rundown fishing port, before getting out Diana searched for something in the top compartment and found what looked to be a set of spare keys then exited the car.

"What is this place?" Noah asked as the two young men got out of the car to stare at such a rundown old building. It was large, and it looked from this distance, like it would be a place someone could get lost in.

"This place was used for storing old fishing boats in the early 30's. Though with much of everything, this place soon became abandoned when the all the fishing dried up with commercial vessels taking all the profits. But that was also due to the war, many men were called for duty leaving this place practically abandoned and when the bombs began to fall... this place stayed even after all that. Some say you can still feel those people who came running to hide from the bombs. That there spirits still roam around looking for those they lost, it's why no one comes here." she then pointed to the horizon down the road from where they were. "There's a town a few miles that way, when I get back you'll take the car and go. You'll be safe and out of danger."

"And you expect us to just leave you here?" James demanded.

"Yes," she said with a simple tone. "If it means you both getting out of here alive then that's what you do."

"You're nuts if you think we'll let you..."

James's words fell short when he saw Diana pull out a Colt 45. from her uniform jacket; the young man's eyes grew wide at seeing this while Noah on the other hand held no shock or surprise.

"I got this from one of my stops; I figured that this would be better than going in without some form of protection."

Noah wondered if that was really the truth or just something she made up to explain about a gun that hadn't been there before, but with James being here Noah couldn't just up and ask her about it.

Diana then put the gun away, placing it in the band of her uniform skirt underneath her jacket so it couldn't be seen by anyone before tossing the key's Noah's way. "I'll check ahead to make sure that he isn't here, once I know it's safe the two of you will go to the town while I'll wait for him."

"And why would he be here?" James asked with a slight frown. "He was on the roof of our school right? How would he have been able to catch up to us so fast?"

"Because I know him, he's more than capable to keep up if necessary."

"He's done that before?" James asked with a wary tone.
