Elryria

Yesterday was different to say the least. Lun and his anger toward Mera which felt a bit uncalled for. It was like he's always looking for a reason to be angry. And the way Mera flew around the room. Destroying William. Honestly I was afraid but not of her surprisingly but for her. I knew a bit about vampires and the older you get the stronger and less human you are. I thought that she might hurt herself or even die fighting against him. Look at her, making me turn soft. Of course there was no reason to worry as she is a fury. It makes some sense though, I mean I did think she was unlike other vampires.

"So Klaus you know anything about them?" I said as we climb up the mountain. The trees here were normal sided thank good. We left and started up this morning. It was a bit tense as Mera was distancing herself from us.

"About who?" He asked looking up at me his ears twitching and his eyes sparking

"Furies" I said watching the white haired girl ahead of us. She moved with grace over rocks and roots. Lost in her own thoughts no doubt. "What do you know about them?"

"Not a whole lot" He replied unhelpfully "But what I do know might help you understand"

"Understand what?" I asked looking down at him from the corner of my eye as I climbed

"What's she might have been through and maybe even why Lun's words got to her" He said moving closer to me "Furies were created for war hundreds of years ago. They were the perfect soldier but we lost the correct way to created them. Furies were already extremely difficult to make because they are a vampire who aren't dead. They have to go through the vampire processes which of course kills humans and brings them back as vampires except without the killing part. Not many survive the process but the ones that do are extremely strong, stronger than any vampire." He stops and looks at Mera his eyes no longer playful.

"I haven't seen one since before the Empire War" He said thoughtfully watching her movements "The real question is, is who made her and how?" I didn't like the tone of voice he has. All evil and all knowing. Somethings I forgot that he is a demon and an unknown one at that.

"It can't be that important" I said smiling shaking the feeling away "Whoever they were, they don't have her now"

"I suppose" He replied with a flick of his tail "I find things like this quite trivial"

"You find everything trivial" I complained rolling my eyes

"Not everything" He defended puffing his pelt "Just most things"

"You're impossible" I sighed

"Coming from you" He laughed as I pushed him off my shoulder. He landed carefully on the ground and I moved forward leaving him behind

"You can walk from now on" I called crossing my arms as I walk

"Ahh come on Elryria!" He cried trailing behind me "Don't do this to me"

"You could ask someone else to carry you" I said not looking at him

"I think I will" He huffed running up ahead and jumping into Trix's back. She jumped and relaxed before lifting her head slightly

"Need a ride, Klaus?" She asked laughter in her voice

"Yes in fact I do" He said to her glaring at me "Do you have this problem with your mage?"

"Sometimes" She pondered "Though my mage doesn't really carry me" She barks a laugh as I try to catch up

"Okay, I'm sorry Klaus! Are you happy?" I called. He jumps and lands on my shoulder with a nod
