Lun
I walked quickly through the door with my name engraved into it, not even blinking. I heard the door shut behind me but I don't turn back. Greta and I just walked through the darkness. I didn't trip or fall as I strode confidently down the dark hall. Slowly it opened up and light surrounds us. The ceiling is filled with stones that glowed like stars. They were even it the right places, with constellations hanging just right. At the center of the room stood a figure cloaked in darkness.
"Welcome" he said "I do hope you are ready"
"Who are you?" I asked not flinching at his cold tone
"Who am I?" he laughed darkly "That is a very interesting question. A very interesting question indeed"
"Then why don't you tell me?" I said
"Why should I tell you when you already know?" he asked
"I don't know who you are" I growled "I can't even see you"
"Oh right" he laughed again "You can't see my face"
"Show me who you are" I said
"Ask me nicely" he laughed
"Fuck you"
"That's not nicely"
"Lun, don't aggravate him" Greta whispered to me
"Fine" I muttered "Please let me see your face"
"That's much better" he said "Alright, seeing as you seem to need to see my face" I rolled my eyes and bit my tongue. He turned around and the light caught his face showing the dark messy hair that shadow his eyes. His clothes are white and black, simple and showing off his good looks.
"Do you recognize me yet?" he asked as his green eyes pierced mine. He smirked and pulled a cigarette out and lights it. Slowly he dragged smoke in and out
"Come on, I thought you were supposed to be a smart Overworld boy?" he said as the cigarette slowly disappeared
"Why do you look like me?" I asked glaring at the replica
"I don't just look like you, I am you" he smiled as his eyes faced into a muddy brown
"Not possible"
"Entirely possible. I am proof" he laughed "Come on use your brain"
"The labyrinth created you" I growled
"Or maybe the labyrinth created you" he drawled
"Shut up" I snapped "It's not possible for the labyrinth to have created me. I wasn't the one wait in here"
"Good point, if only you used your brain more often. Maybe Chief would keep you around more if you used it for him"
"Why are you bringing Chief into this?" I spat
"Cause everything we do is either for him or for Mother" his said
"I don't do anything for Chief" I said glaring
"Don't lie to me. It doesn't work on me. You want Chief to be proud of you" he said walking closer "You want him to notice you and need you. You put him above avenging mother"
"That's not true!" I shouted
"But it is" he said sadly "You'd put him above everything. There is only one thing that comes before him. Anger"
"I don't know what the fuck you are talking about"
"All you care about is fighting and killing. In fact you enjoy hurting people. Nothing more fun than a good old killing, huh?"
