It's been a week since that one night, Liv hasn't talk to Elliot, only when necessary. Liv has been feeling nauseous and dizzy lately, she's thrown up a few times every other morning, she's had weird cravings. She never looked into it, she brushes it off as nothing.

Elliot comes in every morning with a horrible hangover, every day he goes home and drinks, it's his only way of dealing with the pain, and yet it still doesn't work. He never tried talking to Liv, she made her point across, she didn't love him. Maybe it was only mean't for them to be partners, not even best friends anymore.

Every once in a while he'd glance up and look at her, even if she didn't want him, he still loved her. If she didn't want to be together then he's fine with it, but he's not being with anyone else.

It was a normal slow day today, everyone was at their desk slowly getting their pile of paperwork lower and lower, around noon time a man comes in holding a bouquet of yellow lilies. "Delivering for Ms.Benson." he looks around. Liv stands up "Uh that's me." He hands her the flowers, she smiles "Thank you."

She grabbed the little card in it. "Dear Liv, I had a great time the other night. Hope we can do it again. ~ David." She smiled at the note, she had a great time with David, but she didn't know if she really wanted another date. She decided she'd call him later for another date, and if she liked the next date then maybe their relationship would be something more. She smelt the flowers and sat them on her desk.

Elliot had seen the whole thing, she had moved on.His heart had broken even more than it already was. He quickly got up and went to the locker room. He needed to get it out. He looked at his locker, he started punching it over and over. His knuckles getting more bruised each time. He finally stopped, his locker was dented and his knuckles were bleeding.

He didn't even care, he sat on the bench and cried. Not just a small cry, full on cry. This was the most he had ever cried in his entire lifetime. He didn't care where he was, or if anyone saw him, he broke. He was broken.

His other half gone. He had truly lost her. For good. She was happy with someone else. He sat there his head in his hands, tears still steaming down his face.

Liv had noticed Elliot was gone for a long time, she knew they weren't on the best terms, but that was still her best friend. She got up and went to check on him, she checked the cribs. Nothing. She went to the locker room, she opened the door a little and heard something, it sounded like someone crying.

She looked in more and saw Elliot. Her heart broke, she knew that if he was crying, something was terribly wrong. She didn't know if she should confront him or let him have his time alone. She decided that she was going to confront him, she needed him to know that she was there for him.

She walked in front of him and crouched down "Elliot." She whispered. He looked at her, tear stains on his cheeks, his eyes red and puffy. She saw his hands, they were bloody and definitely needed to be bandaged. "Elliot are you okay?" She asked softly. He quickly got up "I'm fine Liv, can you just tell Cap I didn't feel good and needed to go home."

She looked at him "Elliot what's wrong, tell me." "No Olivia it's nothing. Just tell Cap." "Elliot this is not nothing! Your knuckles are bleeding! And you've been crying! What happened?" "Nothing you need to know. Just go have fun with lover boy." those words stung her, she was the reason he was like this.

He was jealous..heartbroken. "El, pl-" he cut her off "No. Don't. I don't need an explanation. Just promise me your happy with whoever you find." he teared up. He needed to get out of there fast before it started again, "Bye Olivia." he grabbed his coat, keys and left.

Liv stood there, she didn't know what to do, she knew to give him space, but she didn't want to. She decided tonight she'd give him space and tomorrow she would talk to him. She went home, but before going home she stopped at the store to get some medicine, passing through the aisle one thing caught her eye a pregnancy test.

She pulled out her phone and looked at the date....she was late. A million thoughts went through her mind, this was the reason she had morning sickness, having weird cravings, and had been dizzy...she could be pregnant. But that's not the worse part..it could be Elliot's.

She knew she was pregnant, but to be safe she grabbed three tests and decided to take them when she got home. She quickly paid and left.

Elliot had walked home, he much needed the fresh air. He took the long way home, enjoying the nice cold crisp air. The leaves were starting to fall, this was his favorite time of the year, when it was close to Halloween.

All the houses were nearly decorated, the leaves were red, orange, or yellow. It was peaceful to him. He walked around taking everything in. He started to calm down, but he still needed to drink. He knew his drinking was getting out of hand, but he didn't do anything when he drank. All he did was sit and mope around. The only person he was harming was himself.

He got home to his dark empty apartment. He grabbed the whiskey from his cabinet and did what was already a regular routine. He sat on his couch turned on whatever channel was on and drank. Each sip burning his throat, but it didn't even phase him anymore. He was too use to it.

Liv had gotten home, she ordered Chinese, she changed into a pair of shorts and a NYPD shirt, she looked at it closely. It was Elliot's.

She sighed, she looked at the bag on the table, in the bag would determine if she was having a child or not. Of course she would keep the baby, she always wanted nothing more than to be a mom. She just didn't know how she would tell Elliot, would he want it? Would he not want the baby?

Even if he didn't want it, she would raise the baby on her own, and she would be the best mother she could be. She picked up the test and went to the bathroom and took all three of them. She paced around her house, waiting for those long minutes to be over. The timer went off telling her it was time.

She walked to the bathroom, she cautiously looked at them. Positive. Positive. Positive. She stood there shocked. She was pregnant...with Elliot's child.
