• Liv is 5 months pregnant•

Liv woke up with two arms around her, one belonging to Elliot the other belonging to Eli. She laughed quietly, she moved both arms and slowly got out of bed, she heard Eli pat the empty space looking for her. She smiled, she moved him closer to Elliot, his arm wrapped around Elliot. Liv kissed them both on the head. They grinned with their eyes closed.

Liv laughed, she wanted to make breakfast, she laughed at herself. She couldn't cook, she grabbed her coat, if she couldn't make breakfast she'd buy it. She left a note telling Elliot where she was going, she didn't need him worrying. She grabbed her keys and left. She walked out, today seemed like a good day to walk. The restaurant was only a few blocks.

She walked down the road, one hand rubbing her stomach the other one by her side. Today was the day they found out if their was a little Ella or Ben. She was excited, it didn't matter if it was a boy or girl, but she was hoping for a little girl. She wanted to have those mom and daughter days, wanted to dress her up in little outfits, do her hair and nails.

She wanted to have a relationship with her daughter that she never had with her mom. She smiled and rubbed her stomach "Mommy loves you no matter what." She whispered and walked into the restaurant.

She ordered the usual, she stood there she had this uneasy feeling that someone was watching her. She casually turned her head and saw Nick. She hasn't seen him for 2 months ever since that day. Nothing ever did happen with the video, at least none that she had known. She saw him walk towards her, she quickly grabbed the bag containing the breakfast and walked out of the restaurant.

She tried catching a taxi but it was too late he had already caught up to her. "Better watch your back." He whispered and walked away. Her eyes widened, what did he have planned? She quickly walked home, she walked in, she was met with silence. She panicked, she dropped the food and ran to the room. She let out a sigh of relief when she saw Eli and Elliot still soundly sleeping.

She smiled, "Eli, baby time to wake up." she whispered. Eli patted her head "Shhh 5 minute." he rolled over. "Okay, but your French toast is going to get cold." he opened his eyes and got up. His curls sticking up "French toast!" he ran to the kitchen. Liv smiled, she walked to Elliot's side of the bed. "El." she whispered.

He snored, she laughed quietly, she kissed him lightly, she was about to pull away when she felt him deepen the kiss. She smiled against his lips, he was awake the whole time. They pulled apart for air "Mmm morning sleepyhead." "Morning beautiful." she smiled "I got breakfast, Eli's already devouring it." she laughed. Elliot smiled and sat up "What can I say, us Stabler men like our food." they laugh.

"Are you ready for today? It's when we find out if we're having an Ella or Ben." Elliot said, his excitement showing. Liv stood there she had just gotten the best idea. "How about we wait to find out, we can have a party. We can have a balloon, and inside will be blue or pink confetti, we can pop it and see if it's a girl or boy." Elliot smiled "That sounds like an amazing idea! Who's going to put the confetti in?"

"Hm...Alex!" He smiled. Liv smiled "Speaking of Alex..I want her to be the baby's godmother." "Okay." he smiled. "Who should the baby's godfather be?" they sat there in silence thinking. "Fin!" they both yelled at the same time. They laughed "So I guess we found the baby's godparents." he smiled. "Alex is going to flip! I have to tell her!" Liv ran to the living room getting her phone out.

Elliot laughed at her, he walked to the table, he found Eli eating his French toast humming to himself. Elliot smiled and sat next to him "Is it yummy?" the little boy grinned and put a thumbs up. Elliot kissed his head "Today you get to come to the baby's appointment, you can see the baby!" Eli spit out his French toast

"Rweally?!?!" "Yeah buddy, really. After your done eating go get ready and then we can leave." Eli quickly got up "I done!" He ran to the bathroom. Liv walked in with an ear to ear smile. "Party this weekend at the beach, Alex is planning the whole thing, it's my baby shower." He smiled "Eli's excited about the appointment." Liv sat down and Eli ran in "I ready to see baby now!!!!!" Liv smiled "Baby we aren't going yet, just wait til daddy and I get ready."

He grinned "Otay mommy, but hurry!" Liv smiled "I will baby, go watch some cartoons." He nodded and ran to the living room. Liv and Elliot finished up breakfast and went to get ready, Liv looked out the window, it was mid January. There was snow on the ground, icicles hanging from houses.

She looked in her closet before picking out a maroon shirt, cream sweater, and jeans with brown boots. She kept her hair halfway and curled it. She was putting on some makeup when she saw Eli poke his head in "You done mommy?" "Almost munchkin, just wait a few more minutes." He let out a dramatic sigh.

Liv laughed "Your just like your daddy." He grinned. Liv finished up "Okay baby lets go." He ran to her holding her hand. She smiled and kissed his head. She walked into the living room and saw him on the couch, "Okay Leah see you tomorrow." He whispered. Liv's mind went through trying to find a Leah that he knew, but there wasn't. Was he cheating? No he wouldn't do that.

Liv sighed, she hoped he wouldn't do that. She would get her answer right now. She walked in "Babe." she saw him jump and quickly shut his phone. Her heart leaped out of her chest. "Never mind." She whispered and walked to the door with Eli. Today was going to be a long day.
