Chapter 27: You Did What?

MY P.O.V:

I woke up after hearing the tv downstairs. In my house, the tv is your wake up call. I looked beside me and was disappointed to see that Logan wasn't there. I went to the bathroom and took a long shower. I couldn't help but notice that my stomach is massive now! It's hard to believe that there is a baby growing inside of me! After my shower, I changed into a loose fitted dress that didn't reveal my shape. So the size of my stomach wasn't too obvious. It is a pretty dress; plain but pretty. It's white and has a beautiful floral design all over the dress. It's sleeveless and comes right above my knees. I tied my hair into a ponytail and left my bangs out. I applied mascara on my eyelashes and then brushed my teeth. I folded our blankets and walked downstairs. I never make a grand entrance, so nobody heard me coming down the stairs. Everyone was talking in the living room. I heard hushed whispers and was about to confront everyone, but it wasn't my business. So I walked back up the stairs and then walked down, trying to be a bit louder than before. They heard me and stopped talking.

, I chirped happily. I felt really happy today, I'm not quite sure why though. I greeted Victoria, Liam, Ted, Jen, my dad and Logan. We all sat at the dining table and had a nice breakfast. After breakfast, Victoria made tea for Jen, Logan, herself and I. She also made coffee for dad and Ted and nothing for Liam because he dislikes both. We all sat on the sofa with our beverages, (well Liam didn't have a drink) and we watched tv. I sat beside Logan and he loosely wrapped his arm around my shoulder. Something was different about Logan. He noticed me staring. , he asked. , I said. , he said. , I said while inhaling his scent. He really did smell good and I moved in closer beside him. That's the weird thing about girls. We find guys more attractive if they smell good. Not when they wreak of sweat or if they smell like they bathed in cologne. , he grinned. , I said. , Logan smiled proudly. I just rolled my eyes which made Logan laugh.

, I asked nobody in specific. , Victoria suggested and I nodded my head. , I asked as I checked the time, it was 11am. , Victoria grinned. , I asked but Victoria and Jen were already at the front door. So I had no choice but to follow them. , all the guys called in unison. Victoria offered to drive so we all went inside her car. Jen sat in the passenger seat and I sat in the back and Victoria started to drive. , I said and Victoria grinned. , she smiled as she tossed me my phone. Then she turned on the radio and started singing along to the songs. Jen and I started laughing but joined her. After an hour we reached the mall Victoria wanted to go to. We went to a few jewelry stores and bought some accessories. Then we went to some clothing stores and bought clothes and dresses. After that we went to a shoe store. I find shopping for shoes ridiculous! They're on your feet so they don't have to be a certain brand or style. I usually wear sneakers and flip flops and occasionally flats. But I despise wearing heels. I hate wearing heels so much! , Victoria pointed at some heels. She and Jen were adoring the shoes and they bought a billion pair of heels. I just bought a pair of black converses. Every half hour we would have to go to our car to put our shopping bags in it. I didn't buy that many things, but Jen and Victoria went overboard with shopping. Each of them had 4 bags so I decided to be nice and offer to drop it in the car. , I said. , Jen said and I started to laugh. , I said and took their bags to the parking lot. It didn't take me long to find the car because it has always been a habit of mine to memorize my surroundings so I knew exactly where the car was parked. I opened the trunk and threw the bags in there. I shut the trunk and locked the car. I was about to walk back to the mall, but my phone started to beep. I got a text from Logan. 'Hope you're having fun with the girls! Can't wait until you come back. I have a surprise for you! ;)', he texted me. 'Yea it's pretty fun! But Vicky and Jen are shopaholics! Awww I wanna see the surprise! xxx', I texted him back.
