*** Ashlynns POV ***

I woke up in an empty fort. I couldn't help but feel sad as I looked at the empty spot next to me.

I slipped on a pair of Isaiah's sweatpants. I didn't know why I haven't freaked out about the whole werewolf thing. Maybe because I loved Isaiah. And Mariah and Jonathan were like family. Even Quinn and Aliyah had a special place.

As I walked downstairs to get something to drink I had thought about going to his office. But when I heard voices I thought better of it. I paused when I heard a familiar voice. I shook my head laughing. Now I was going crazy. My brother wasn't sitting in Isaiah's office.

Not after what I had told Isaiah. He wouldn't do that to me.

I laid on Isaiah's chest as we stared at the ceiling in the dark. The only light that shined in came from the moon.

" Tell me about your family baby. " He said as he traced invisible lines over my back.

" There's nothing to tell. " I said honestly. I shifted so that I could put his head in my lap. I loved playing with his hair. They didn't give a fuck about me.

" There has to be something babe. " He said getting comfortable in my lap.

" My mom was a drunk and my dad was never home. The only family I had was Noah. " I said quietly remembering how lonely it was. " I started acting out. For attention I guess. They sent me to some foster home. If you read the files you should know how that goes. " I said as I tugged on his hair. He nodded his head but didn't say anything.

" Anyways I moved in with Noah and Taylor. Then nowhere out of the blue Noah just leaves. No note or explanation. I should've known it was to good to be true. I haven't seen him in almost 3 years. " I ended sadly. I hadn't realized I was crying until I felt the warm trails sliding down my face.
