Please Note: Nani's mother is Hawaiian, english is not her native language, so there will be some broken English when she speaks, don't think they are just typos lol.

Nani POV

"Perfect" my mom mumbled.

She'd been moving this center piece for a good 15 minutes, making sure it was "perfect"

"Mommy it was perfect 5 minutes ago" I laughed.

"Just making sure. I want our guest to be impressed."

Today, Jacob was coming over to meet my mother officially.

I'd mentioned him a few times, and it didn't take long for my mother to get the picture.

"Are you no excited?"

"I am Mommy, just nervous"

I checked my hair in the mirror, fluffing it a little.

The door bell rang as my mom entered the kitchen.

"I got it!" I yelled.

I fixed my dress before opening the door.

"Hey baby" he said, reaching his arms out. I smiled, leaning in to hug him.

Me and Jacob make 2 and a half months today. Time was flying by.

I let him come in, and examined his attire. He was wearing jeans and a polo shirt with all white nikes. He looked so delicious.

"You look nice" I said, smiling.

"Thanks, you too" he licked his lips and grabbed my arm, twirling me around. I giggled and blushed as he leaned in to peck my lips twice.

"Are you nervous?" I asked, noticing he was rocking from side to side.

"Me? Nah" he said, nervously laughing.

"Mommy!" I called, and I noticed his eyes grew wide. I busted out into laughter as I heard my mother's footsteps enter the foyer.

"Mommy, this is Jacob, Jacob this is Mommy."

She smiled and hugged him. "Oh he's cute Nani. You pick good ones" she winked at him, causing him to grin.

"No ma'am, I picked a good one" he said, smiling at me.

I couldn't help but blush.

"Sit, sit. Dinner is almost ready."

We both sat next to each other at the dinner table.

"Nani"

"Hm?"

"You're mom is fine as hell." He smirked, looking back as she was moving around in the kitchen. I hit his arm.

"She's like 3 times your age. Stop being gross"

He put his hands up. "I'm just saying, I may leave you for her" she smiled. I pulled him by his shirt to peck his lips.

"You can't get rid of me that easy" I smiled, kissing his nose.

"Please don't say anything stupid. Nothing Innapropriate and no cursing." I warned him.

My mother was laid back, but she believed in certain boundaries that shouldn't be crossed. And I'd hate for Jacob to get cursed out in a foreign language.

"Aight, don't worry ma, im good with parents." He placed his hands on my thigh, slowly inching up.

I grabbed his wrist, stopping him.
