Jacob POV

It was a saturday and I was bored as hell. All this was still knew to me. I always had something to do, whether it was chill with Nani at her crib or take her out somewhere.

Guess I gotta get over that shit.

Before I knew what I was doing, I had Melissa on the phone.

"Hello? Jacob?" She asked.

"Yeah, wassup Lissa?"

"What do you want?"

I smacked my teeth. "Look, im sorry for how I treated you. I do care for you, and I wanna start over."

Apart of me kinda meant it. I mean, before Nani came around, I was pretty happy with Melissa, she just did me wrong by sending my nigga nudes. I just caught keep a better eye on her this time.

"I don't know....I don't wanna mess up this new found love you have for Nani." She said sarcastically.

"I called you right now, did I not?" I asked, annoyed of her bringing Nani up.

"Fine. Let's start over."

"Cool, come over."

"I will, I just need to stop by the store real quick." She mumbled before hanging up.

Nani POV

"Cali! I thought you said I could stay in the car." I whined, looking down at my attire. I had on some shorts, slides, and a hoodie. My hair needed a wash and I didn't wanna be seen like this in public. Also, we had just got out of dance practice and I was hella tired.

"Girl it's just Walmart, come with me please?" She poked her bottom lip out, causing me to roll my eyes. "Besides, who are you gonna see in here?"

I shrugged, grabbing my phone before getting out of the car.

"What are you here for again?"

"Tampons and ice cream."

"Sounds about right." I laughed.

"Spend the night tonight?" She asked.

"Yeah, I don't feel like going home." I mumbled, grabbing a small basket as we entered.

Lately, me and Cali have spent more and more time together. She was hella cool and one of my only friends down here.

"What flavor should we get?"

"Chocolate." I licked my lips.

"I want cookies and cream." I she pouted.

"Fine, lets get the pint sizes." I offered, putting both in the basket.

After walking around the huge ass store, we made it to the feminine section.

"My normal kind isn't here." She sighed. "What's another good kind?"

"TAMPAX has pretty good tampons." A voice behind us said. I turned around, seeing Melissa folding her arms and smirking.

"Melissa?" Cali asked, looking kind of annoyed.

Before Melissa left, Cali told me they were pretty good friends, but once Melissa found out that Cali has been hanging with me, she wanted nothing to do with her. Ever since, Cali has hated her presence just as much as me.

"In the flesh." She smiled. "Have you missed me Cali?"

Cali straight faced her, turning back around and picking up some tampons, placing them in her basket.

"Well, I'll get going. Jacob is waiting." She smirked, dropping something in her hand.

"Oops." She said, bending down to pick up some condoms.

I knew exactly what this girl was trying to do. I wasn't jealous at all. Jacob can do whatever the hell he wants.

"Bye bye." She waved, walking off and laughing.

I turned back around, looking at Cali.

"It's okay to care, Nani." She said, rubbing my arm as we walked towards the register.

"You think he's really gonna fuck her?" I asked, a little hurt. I know jacob wasn't a virgin, but he always said he didn't want anyone else but me.

But, he's a liar. So who knows?

"Honestly, he may be doing it to get over you. It's not right, but it's a typical thing boys do."

"yeah" I whispered as the cashier rung us up.

"It's okay though, were not gonna think about him tonight." Cali said as we walked to her car.

Let's try.

Jacob POV

Melissa pushed me back on the bed, crashing her lips against me. I kissed back, wrapping my arms around her.

It heated up quickly, her hands were roaming all over a nigga, she reached down to my belt.

"Baby...wait." I whispered, moving her hands.

"What?" She asked, obviously annoyed.

"I-let's just talk or something?" I suggested, still breathing hard from the kiss.

"You rather talk than have sex?"

Hell no, I just only want Nani. I thought to myself.

"We just moving a little too fast." I said, patting the spot next to me.

"So, tell me about your day."

She sighed, crossing her legs as she began talking.

Maybe me and her could really work this shit out.
