Powers (Slow Updates)

Eleven

Liesma walked down wearing some shorts and a teeshirt with a picture of an iphone looking like it had been beaten up with the words my phone is dead. "Your sister left these for me." She had the blue contacts in and her hair was tied up in a ponytail. She pulled on some pumps and tied them up.

"I'll be at the cinema. Behind you. So I can see if you guys click." She looked at me and sighed. "Fine. But everyone knows you so good luck." I chuckled and watched her sit on the sofa. I hurried to the bathroom and grabbed the hairdye. If I was gonna be a ninja I was gonna have to change somethings. 

After I had washed the dye in I made sure that none of my black hair showed. Luckily it would wash out.

I grabbed some sunglasses and pushed them on before changing in the bathroom. Carrying the clothes out.

"Recognise me?" Liesma looked up and her jaw dropped. "Holy Sugar Honey Ice Tea.You're blonde!"She instantly walked over to me, eyes wide. She grabbed my hair and started to tug it making me wince in pain. "Either you used super glue to glue this wig down or you dyed it." She kept pulling at my hair, moving it around and trying to look and see if it was actually my scalp. which it was. 

I reached up and took her hands, taking them out of my hair. I put them down to her sides then released them. "I dyed it. Not permenantly but I'm unrecognisable now." She bit her lip, looking down at her feetbefore muttering an apology. 

She looked up and I pulled her lip out from under her teeth. "Don't do that." She folded her arms and asked why. Just as I was about to tell her that it made her look stupid the door bell rang.

She walked to the mirror and redid her lipgloss which had been scraped off when I pulled her lip then she went and opened the door.

A smile filled her face as I hid in the sidelines.

"Hi Paul!" She smiled, using the normal high voice. 

"Hi Avix, You look amazing!"

"You don't look too bad yourself" "shall we?" "Let's"

I watched them leave and the door close before hearing a car start then I grabbed a hoodie and pulled it on aswell as some money and took the keys to one of the dusty cars in the garafe. I'm sure Liesma wouldn't mind.

When I arrived at the cinema I blended in with the crowd and walked behind them, casually using my hearing to eaves drop on their conversation. "I hope you're not easily scared." "Depends" "Don't worry I'll protect you" I saw Liesma blush at this.

Paul held Liesma's hand the entire time until they were seated. I sat a row behind them and then the movie started.

As I predicted Paul put his arm around Liesma who stiffened slightly then by the looks of it forced herself to relax.

She did hold his hand and did a few little yelps and screams but she never tried to get close to him.

"Hey, Avix?" Paul whispered and I focused my attention on them. Liesma turned her head as Paul leaned down to kiss her but Liesma quickly snapped her head to the side so he kissed her cheek. I clenched my fists since I needed a kiss to feel anyconnection. But I felt something there. No connection. Just Paul wanting to get her into bed.

I followed them out of the cinema the end credits playing Liesma made up some lie, awkwardly shaking hands with Paul then waited for me. I walked up to her once Paul has left and instantly took her hand and walked her to my car.

"Why did you turn your head!?" I roared once we were in the car. I didn't know why I was shouting but it was nice to see Liesma flinch. "Stop shouting." she whispered. "Just answer the damn question!" I shouted again and noticed Liesma's fists clench.

"I said stop shouting! I turned my head because I didn't want to kiss him! It was a natural reaction. I could sense that all he wanted to do was get me into bed. I'm not stupid!" SHe shouted, her voice was her real voice and it was full of anger, annoyance and pain.

I looked into her eyes, the blue contacts had warped, the colours mixed, probably with too much use. She glared at me and it turned into a stare off.

"you just did it to annoy me." I snorted and she growled.

"Ok. So you are forced into a date with the Liesma Smith you hate so much. She tries to kiss you. You don't want to sleep with her because you have some standards. You automatically pull back or turn your head so she doesn't get the wrong Idea." I bit my lip as I thought about it. 

Liesma's hand went forward and pulled my lip out of my mouth sending a hint of pain as I scraped it on my teeth. "Revenge." She said in a bored voice before turning her face to the front, releasing my lip.

When we arrived at the house she jumped out of the car and ran into her room, the dog following her, she slammed the door and I rolled my eyes at how childish she was. She came downstairs in her normal sweats and vest before grabbing the remote and sitting on the sofa.

I grabbed a bowl of cereal and walked over, sitting next to her as she changed the channel to BBC three.

I looked at the clock then back at the TV when the theme music to Russell Howard's Good News started to play. 30 minutes later I had a sharp pain in my stomach from laughing. Liesma had laughed alot and it was weird hearing her laugh. it was light and musical.

Liesma turned the TV off after that then went back to sitting in the corner of the sofa ignoring me and reading a book. "Are you still annoyed at me?"

Liesma went to bite her lip but stopped. "No, not anymore. It's just fun ignoring you." She then turned her head back to the book. I sighed and walked into the bathroom to wash the blonde out of my hair since it was starting to go stiff.

The water was a weird green colour once I washed the dye out which made me cringe at the thought that the stuff had been in my precious hair. The things I do to get trusted again. 

Liesma was still reading but I decided to ignore her, if she was gonna ignore me I'd ignore her. I grabbed some chocolate from my school bag and cracked a square off, popping it into my mouth before going into the room that was becoming a little less plain now.

Hi! Sorry for the long wait. Been stuck for inspiration and when I do get it it vanishes before I can write. Sorry bout the crappy ending to this chapter! Nearly finished publishing bloody snow as well.
