I received a letter inside my locker today. It was from Jack saying, "Come to the mansion at 3 P.M. I'll be waiting at the master's bedroom." Now that's creepy. What's he up to?

"What's that? A love letter?" Lily asked.

I kept the letter from her immediately and said, "Uhm… no, it's my reviewer… haha"

I'm not a good liar. I could see in Lily's face that she knew I was hiding something from her. She grinned.

"C'mon Kyla, tell me the truth. Is that from Jack?" She asked.

I couldn't speak. She took the letter from me and read it. After that, she just smiled and handed me the letter.

"I think you don't need me in this mission." She said.

I got nervous. I can't help but think what will happen later, and if Lily knows anything about it. Jack didn't show up at school. He must be busy at the mansion.

FX: door squeaks

"Jack, I'm here", I said as I entered the mansion. It was dark inside, but there were small candles that lighten up my way to the master's bedroom.

"What is this? A set-up?" I said to myself.

As I opened the door of the master's bedroom, I saw Jack standing next to a round table. He played his violin while I was walking towards him. The ambience was very romantic. The entire room was filled with candles and white rose petals. At the table, there was only a platter for one person. I assumed maybe it was because ghosts don't eat.

Jack made the chair move to let me have my seat while he was still playing his violin. Amazing, I didn't know he had the power to make things move by themselves. The wine poured in my glass and the food was already served to me.

I asked Jack, "shall I eat?"

He answered with a smile.

While I was still eating, Jack stared at me, smiling. He stopped playing when I was about to finish my meal.

"How was it?" He asked.

"The food? It's delicious. You've played well, too." I answered.

"Are you happy?" He asked again.

"Surprisingly, yes." I said.

He was smiling at me so calmly like the first time we met. I felt very strange. I couldn't help but ask.

"So, what's with this? Is there anything special?"

He smiled and said, "You are."

"You are so special to me, Kyla", he added.

He looked through my eyes and he was getting closer and closer, and closer...and before I knew it…

We kissed.

Now I'm a whole lot bothered. What have we done? Is it for real? I mean, he's a ghost. How could I fall like this for him?
