When your all alone with your thoughts
When the only people you can talk to are in your head
When all but those still small voices say you're better off dead
When the river seems so clear and warm
And all your thoughts a jumbled swarm
When your feet freeze but your tears are hot
When you breath to say you're okay but you're not
When you disappear from earth
When you can't miss the hearth
When you break apart you never feel so whole
When your instincts try to take control
That's when you see you have to fight
That's when you get over your fright
That's when you see all the world is full of lies and you can't do a thing
That's when life has no alluring bling
But that is where you can find your drive
When you are frozen in time

Randompoems by me. Try not to judge too harshly some of these were made at 13-14 years old. The new-ish ones start at "scars inside" so, um... enjoy?
