DINA'S P.O.V
Good morning.
Tell me it wasn't real last night, Connor and I didn't kiss... Did we?
Mom opened the curtain this morning at seven, let the sunshine blinded my eyes rudely. I yawned. Just arrived home at probably 2 am after having very late night city tour with Connor. Yeah, that Connor. Let's not talk about the kiss. Let's pretend I didn't think about that.
"Work, honey." Mom shook my bed. "Steve called you."
"And he said what?" I scratched my tired body and rolled my head with blanket.
"That he needs you at the hotel. I asked which hotel, Steve said 'Well, Ma'am, Dina would know which one." Mom rolled her eyes.
"Such a clue." I groaned.
"Stop groaning. Shower please, c'mon it's 7:30 already."
"Yeah okay alright."
With Mom threw me my towel, I sleepily, lazily, walked to the bathroom and started doing whatever I should do to make me look fresher. Heck I was even paler than vampires. Who said volunteering at creative work was easy.
"I'm leaving! Mom, where you at?"
"Kitchen!" She replied. "Take that bread and coffee with you sweetheart."
"Okay thank you I love you hugs and kisses bye bye!"
I glimpsed at Mom. She sighed. I didn't have much time to go to the kitchen because couldn't spend anymore seconds. I got to hop into my car to start driving to the hotel. Steve has rung my phone three times in a row. Means we're late. I forgot to ask what time the guys should be at the airport but bottom line was I got to speed up.
Arrived in fifteen minutes. Thankfully I was alive and didn't hit anything along the way. This car was Steve's. Remember I didn't bring the car with me yesterday to the fest because Steve picked me up? Yes, that's why I had to be at the hotel with him, also to drive Before You Exit back to the airport as scheduled. Pretty much, volunteering as photographer has gone too far by now.
"Look at you, little sweetness. Have you had coffee?" Steve hugged me dearly.
"Look at you, model material. Still have that sharp jawline and tall spike hair." I chuckled. "Yes Mom brought it for me."
"Okay cool. But I need some breakfast though." Steve asked me to sit in the hotel restaurant.
"Some little convenience."
"Indeed." He smirked.
So we were waiting for the guys to get ready and meet us at the lobby, or technically, the restaurant. The first one showed up was James, obviously. The guys' tour daddy was accompanying us having morning coffee. They reviewed the glamour of last night's fest. James was looking well. I knew he immediately passed out the second he unlocked that room door with Ryan. And yes, Ryan showed up too few minutes later. It's been a total of twenty minutes and we're still waiting.
"How was the city tour with Connor?" James asked me. "I heard it was amazing."
I choked, literally coughed so hard.
"Hey whoa Dina are you okay?" Steve put his hand on my back. "Breathe, girl."
"Sorry." I drank some water. "Yeah it was cool. Sad you guys didn't go with us. We went to the beach at the north Jakarta. Quite awesome though."
"Can't we go now?" Ryan checked his watch. "How long does it take to reach the airport?"
"Pretty much one and a half hour, include the potential traffic." Steve replied.
