"Alexa Harrison?" Who is he?
"Yes. I'm Alexa Harrison." I said and noticed a spark in his eyes.
"Missed me?" He said a playful smirk gracing his lips- pink, soft, lips.
"Uhm- I don't mean to sound rude but- who the hell are you?!" I practically screamed. He grinned.
"I did not wish to be forgotten so soon Alexa."
"I did not wish to be in such a position, yet here I am." I said placing my hands on my hips.
"You're still the same."
"Now, it's getting annoying! Who are you?!"
"Lex come on, it's easy, look at me. Carefully." He's tall. Much taller than me. I guess he's older than me too. His eyes are bewitching. Greyish with a hint of blue.
He has a muscular body. Don't drool. Please. Don't drool. But damn!
"I'm sorry but- I don't know you. I would have remembered your eyes." I said honestly.
"Fine, now try." He said as he put on a pair of thick rimmed nerdy glasses.
No. Effing. Way.
You know when someone goes through a transformation? Like a big huge one?
That's exactly what happened to this guy.
Wow.
How did he-
"Teddy bear?" I used to call him that so I guess he still remembers. He smiled *sigh*. And hugged me.
The same secure feeling returned. I buried my face in his- now muscular- chest. The wonderful smell of cologne entered my nose and made me go all girly.
"What even happened to you?" I asked as he pulled away. He took off the glasses and put them in his pocket.
"College happened. You like it?" He asked flashing me that -to die for- smile again.
"Love it! How long before you go back?"
"I'm not going back." He said.
"Really? Why?"
"Fine, you want me to go?" He asked faking hurt.
"No! Not at all! I just- why?"
"I'm doing my last year of college nearby."
"How long have you been back?"
"Two hours."
"I missed you so much!" I said and pulled him inside the house.
"I missed you too." He said sitting on the sofa.
"You changed so much-"
"I can explain-"
"You can? You can explain becoming sexy?? Can you?"
"Well, I was part of the football team-"
"You-What?!" It may sound like I'm overreacting but this boy sitting in front of me is not the one who left for college. My Teddy Bear. My nerdy adorable neighbor.
"I changed a lot. I admit. But come on Lex, don't freak out. I'm just like any other popular guy in a college." He said taking my hand in his. I nodded.
"Now to the more important question- Do you still bake like an angel?"
"Yes Lex. I do."
"In that case we can still be best friends." I smiled.
