In the morning:
abhi: good morning nithu.

Nithu: morning abhi.kya soch rahi ho?

Abhi:You know i was moved after listening to varun's words yesterday.
passion, dream ,courage. . . All these words boosted me up.

Nithu: ya. He had his clarity on life. Thats the best part. Boys with a better clarity about life will definetly be successful.

Abhi: hey i forgot to ask you. How was your meeting with harsha?
harsha is nithu's boyfriend. They love eachother from years. He studies in hyderabad.

Nithu: ab puch rahi ho??

abhi: sorry nithu i was thinking about karthik the whole night and i couldnt sleep even.
Before abhi completed talking, nithu interrupted her .

Nithu: karthik??who is karthik?

abhi: oh shit! Didnt i say arvind??

nithu: no . You said karthik.

Abhi: no nithu. I said arvind yar tu bhi na?
i kept thinking about my brother yar. I was worried if he could find the food he loves in kerala.
Abhi tries her best to conceal her feelings.

Nithu thinks:but she doesnt call her brother by his name.! Strange. Seems like she is hiding something from me. Its ok nithu. She will tell me when the time comes.

Abhi: what are you thinking??

nithu: woh kuch nahi. Actually harsha gifted me studs that day.let me show you. Those were really amazing

nithu opened her locker and brought a box. She opened the box and the studs started shining because of the sunrays falling on them.

Abhi: nithu! These are very beautiful. Chalo aaj debate hei na. Put these on and i bet no boy will take away his glances from you.

Nithu: stop it abhi.!

abhi: you are blushing baby., seriously try these today itself if you obey my word.

Nithu. Ok baba. Teekein.

in the classroom:
It was communication skills class.Mrs.Helen was their professor.

Mrs.helen: students. As i said before, i am going to organise a debate in todays class. You guys ready?

students: yes mam!

mrs. Helen: well the topic is love marriages Vs arranged marriages.

She divided the entire class into two groups. One which supports arranged marriages and the other supports love marriages. Thankfully, abhi fell in the latter group. She was happy to be in that group. Nithu and all the other batchmates were in former group.

Mrs. Helen:ok students now you can start your discussion.
nithu thought it was her oppurtunity to expose the feelings of abhi. Though she was against arranged marriages yet she took the initiative.

Group 1: #
Group 2:$

nithu #: i support arranged marriages because in this particular age, we dont know whats good and whats bad. But our parents have a lot of experience in life and they choose the right one for us.

student$: i disagree with you. They dont have all the rights to choose our total life. Right? We can choose on our own.

Student#: what made you think they dont have any rights?they have been feeding you, caring for you right from the day you were born. So they do have the right to choose our future.

Student$: even if they have the right, what guarantee can you give that they select the right person for you?
(nithu noticed that abhi remained silent. She wants her to speak up her feelings.)

nithu#:look, people judge us on how we present ourselves to the world. So if your parents find anyone decent, they select that very person for you. Whats so complex?

abhi$: and what if he turned out to be a fraud? We judge people based on how they present themselves to select for employment, to buy a product from them, to make a business deal but not for a marriage. How can you ever imagine to marry a stranger?

Varun#: and how will you acknowledge his inner character? How will you assess him? Where will you find your man out of millions?
said varun winking at nithu.

abhi$: the theory here is so simple. We dont wanna marry strangers which means we should be knowing eachother for a while. So he will be among our friends Or even a best buddy of our friends/relatives.

Nithu#: well. Lets assume that you liked a person who is your brothers best friend. How will you assess your feelings towards him? In what way will you judge that its true love?

said nithu and gave a hifi to varun and priya.

Abhi was taken aback. She didnt think of this seriously before. Assessment and all!
Yet, she is a bit adamant. She wanna support her conscience at all costs.

abhi$: Firstly, because he is my brothers bff,i cant doubt his character. If i had feelings for him, i will try to show him.

rahul#: i think you should tell him instead.

Abhi$: if you hate someone just tell them, its better than showing them. If you love someone show them, its sweeter than telling them.
I believe in this.

All the students were clapping at the statement given by abhi.

Appu#: but there are many people who are suffering after marriage, though it is a love marriage. What do you say?

abhi$: yes. There are. But the people who opted arranged marriages were the ones who suffered evenmore. I bet, such sufferers are more in number.
Always remember,if we are not happy with our love life, we feel that its all because of ourselves.
But,if you marry an unknown person, and your life turns out to be bad, you repent everything. You wont be the sole cause of your situation. You actually can blame your family for choosing him.And i dont want that to happen .

All the students kept starring at abhi. The other group didnt utter a word.
Mrs. Helen realised that something went fishy. "The actual topic was love vs. Arranged marriages but they discussed what love is and how to express it! Gosch! ",She thought patting her forehead.

Anyways nithu got all her questions answered.

Precap: abhi to confess her feelings infront of nithu. . . . . . . .
