WRAPPED WITH LOVE

Chapter 39

Abhi completes her course and project work. Karthik and Virat gets a transfer back to India. Abhi asks Cha San to visit India with her.

She calls her friends and asks them to plan a get together..

They take a flight to India !

India:
 
Abhi and Karthik are so happy that they are going to see Arvind after an year! He tells Abhi that he is not going to come and receive her as he has some important meeting to attend. Karthik knew that he is coming!

When they landed, Abhi kept a gloomy face.

Karthik: What happened Abhi?

Cha San: She wanted to see her brother first as soon as she landed in India.

Virat: Abhi, you will see him at the house. Don't be sad!

Arvind calls her and she recluses to answer. She gives the phone to Karthik.

Abhi: Answer it! I am not going to talk to him. That board meeting is more important to him than me!

Karthik gives the phone back.

Karthik: You answer it! He called you !..

Abhi: Take it Karthik.

Karthik: No. You take it.

Arvind comes from behind , takes the mobile and cuts the call.

He looks at Karthik and Abhi. Karthik hugs him and Arvind pats him on the shoulder. When Arvind is about to go near Abhi, she walks away crying. He follows her and stands in her way  .

Arvind: Abhi, sorry. I wanted to surprise you.

Abhi ( wiping her tears): Hell with you bhayya. Go attend your meeting if it's more important than me!

Arvind puts his hand on her chin and lifts her face.

Arvind: Abhi, you are more important to me than anyone or anything else!

She hugs him and says how much she missed him.

Arvind calls Karthik and says:
" love you both. Stay happy together for ever and ever! And Karthik, I can't refrain myself from saying this. Be careful with my devil.!!! "

Cha San: I don't agree with you Arvind. She is an angel!

Abhi smirks at Arvind.

Abhi: Thats my friend Cha San. I told you right?

Arvind: Ya, I remember. Good to see you . let's make a move now. We have to make arrangements for the get together you asked for. Virat, is Vipul coming?

Abhi: I almost forgot Vipul! Why didn't he ping me at least once in this one year?

Virat: He is coming to see us Abhi.

Abhi: aane do...dhekthi hun!
Said Abhi folding her hands.

After reaching the house, everyone will be occupied with their work. They divide the tasks among themselves. Abhi calls her friends and says the entire planned schedule . Karthik books the tickets. Arvind takes care of the accommodation. Cha San takes care of those who are planning, by providing them food on time!!!!
And virat,,,,,,,, he sleeps all the day, thus helping them in planning without disturbing!

Get together:
Rahul is the first to arrive. Karthik and Abhi see him coming in. He runs to them and hugs Karthik.

Rahul mutters in his ears:
Look at her! She already started biting her nails!

Rahul: Hey Abhi. How are you? How did you become short? Can this happen? Oh no, you are not wearing your sandals!

Abhi starts punching him when Rahul hugs her all of a sudden.

Abhi: I missed you all !

Rahul: We too Abhi. Good that you found your love! By the way, Nithu is not coming.

Abhi: What? She told me that she'll be here today . I will call her.

Rahul: She has to meet Harsha's grandparents today. She asked me to tell you. She also said that she won't be able to answer the phone calls.

Abhi ( with misty eyes ): But she promised that she will come.

Abhi goes to her room.

Karthik: Rahul, look at her. She almost cried!

Rahul: Karthik please. One last time! I swear, I'll never be the reason for her tears.. I want to see her reaction when Nithu arrives tonight.

Karthik pats his shoulder: This is why your batch loves you Rahul.

Varun and Priya arrive at 5'O clock in the evening.

Abhi goes to them and hugs them.
Abhi: Priya! You have become so lean! Varun, are you not feeding her properly?

Varun: 3 days a week she keeps on diet. How else will she be?

Abhi: diet? And you? Why?

Priya: Woh.... Two months back, Varun suffered from a viral infection. I prayed to God that I'll keep a fast 2 days a week if he gets well soon.

Varun: Come on Priya, I am totally fine now . How long would you be doing this?

Abhi: Yar.... Listen to him sometimes! Lets go in!

Rahul: Varun, did you not bring Priya with you? She is nowhere to be seen. Or, did she become so lean that my eyes aren't able to detect her?

Says Rahul winking at her.

Priya punches him in stomach and says" Ab dikh rahi hun?"

Rahul yells in pain.

Appu comes after an hour of their arrival!

Varun: Guys, Appu is here..

They come running to her.

Abhi: Appu, your appearance has totally changed.

Appu: Well, change is for good Abhi.

Rahul : Oh my God! These glasses!  Where did you steal them?

He took her specs and ran inside. Appu chases him .

Abhi introduces Cha San and Virat to everyone. They sit in a big circle around the pool and start chatting!
