New chapter's here! And I did update in the second week of June, like I promisd :-)

Anyway, this one probably tells you how much I love dialogues :-D

I didn't have time to edit it, I've only read through it once, so if you find any errors, however minor, comment, okay?

PERCY'S POV

The ground trembled. A few small rocks broke off and fell soundlessly into the abyss, and Percy yelled as he nearly lost his footing and followed them down.

"Percy!" Annabeth scowled.

"Sorry!" Percy said. He took a deep breath and steadied himself, hugging the rock wall for support.

"I swear, Percy," Annabeth muttered, as she tightened her grip on his shoulder, "If my stupid ankle doesn't kill me, then you will."

"Har har, " Percy replied, inching his say forward and trying not to slip. "If you have a better idea, Wise Girl, then please, enlighten me."

"I did have an idea!" Annabeth retorted, "And it was a good one! There was nothing wrong with moving forward! We -"

"Except that you didn't anticipate how quickly the nectar would wear off, did you?"

"I can walk if you would just let me down!"

"No way. You're ankle hasn't healed yet."

"Percy."

"Annabeth."

"Percy!"

"Are you trying to push me over the edge, Annabeth?"

"No. Now let me down."

"You've broken your ankle."

"You've hurt your leg. I can tell from the way you're walking. You idiot, you shouldn't have given me all of that nectar."

"Do you know how hard it is to carry you on my back while you're yelling into my ear when at the same time, I'm walking on this stupid path that's about as wide as my nose?"

"How far d'you think you can walk with me on your back?"

"I dunno. Not too far, I guess. Why are you so heavy anyway, huh? What have you been eating?"

Annabeth smacked Percy's head, nearly making him stumble and almost lose his balance again.
