Chapter 27

Mia's P.O.V
I felt someone move my hair, and I slowly opened my eyes to see Louis.

He smiled at me,"how do you feel?" He asked.

"I'm still sore," I said with a frown. Louis pressed a kiss on my nose than sat up.

"Do you want me to get you anything to eat?"

"Isn't my doctors appointment today?" I asked. Louis nodded confirming my question. I sighed and rubbed my hands over my face.

"Can we leave a little bit earlier, and go to Starbucks?" I asked.

"Of course." Louis said.

"Are you going to get dressed, or do you need help?"

"I can do it by myself," I said.

"Ok if you need help, just yell." Louis said. I nodded my head and he walked out of the room.

After I was done getting getting ready I walked into the living room, where Louis was waiting for me.

"Ready?" He asked. I nodded and he took my hand, leading us out to his car. First we went to Starbucks, and I got a muffin with coffee.

"How about we stop at the police station first." Louis said. I nodded my head, and Louis grabbed my hand squeezing it.

When we arrived Louis turned towards me. "Do you want me to go in with you, or stay out here?" He asked.

"Will you go in with me, please?"

"Of course." He said we climbed out of the car. He grabbed my hand as we walked towards the building. When we walked in, Louis told me to sit down, as he went to talk to someone at the desk. When I sat down I started messing with my hands, trying to keep myself occupied.

"Hey they want to take you to another room, to get evidence." He said.

"Do you want me to stay out here?" He asked. I shook my head no, and he smiled while grabbing my hand leading us towards a room. The lady in there just took pictures of my bruises. Louis sat in a seat towards the corner of the room. Every now and than I would meet his eyes, and he would offer me a small smile.

When we were done the lady told me that they would call us, with any new information. I thanked her and we left. We went to the doctors office, and Louis came back with me.

"Hello I'm Dr. Porter." The lady said as she walked in. I shook her hand and Louis did as well.

The doctor started asking Louis and I questions, weather we've been to the police station and what not. She turned towards Louis, before speaking.

"Is it ok if I ask you to step into the waiting room, for a little bit?" She asked. Louis looked at me, and I gave him a small nod telling him I would be ok. When he walked out the doctor turned towards me.

"Ok I'm going to see if we can get any DNA left over from your attackers. I didn't know if it would be awkward for you if he was in here." The doctor explained. I nodded and gave her a small smile.

When she was done she took some test on me, to make sure the attackers weren't carrying anything and passed it on to me.

"Ok I'll transfer the DNA test to the police station, and I'll call you with the results of the other test in about a week." She said.

"Ok thank you." I said standing up and shaking her hand. I walked out into the lobby to see Louis. He looked up and gave me a concerned look.

"You okay?" He asked. I nodded my head, and he grabbed my hand leading me towards his car. On the way home I was quiet, and I could feel Louis glancing at me every now and than.

When we pulled into the driveway I climbed, out of the car and walked up to the house. I slipped off my shoes and started walking towards the living room, until Louis grabbed my hand spinning me back towards him.

"What-" before I could finish Louis wrapped his arms around me squeezing me in his embrace. I melted in his arms, and put my arms around him.

"I love you," he whispered in my ear.

"I love you to." I said. Louis picked me up and I squealed, as he started laughing.

"You better not drop me!" I told him.

He laid us down on the couch, and I laid into his chest. Louis turned on the tv, and started flipping through the channels.

As we sat in the silence the thing that had been bothering me, came back. Just the thought of it made me sick to my stomach.

I heard the tv shut off, and Louis looked at me. I almost began questioning him, but he cut me off.

"I know somethings bothering you. You can tell me anything, you know that right?" He asked. I nodded and sighed.

"Talk to me babe." He whispered.

"I don't know what to do." I said as tears ran down my face. Louis face turned to a look of concern.

"What do you mean?"

"I don't think I can go back to college. I don't feel safe here at all anymore. Last night I kept waking up with nightmares, and I couldn't sleep. When I go back to work, I'll have to walk and pass the ally that I was raped in." I said as tears continued rolling down my cheeks.

"Babe I wouldn't expect you to go back to college."  Louis whispered. He than thought for a few minutes.

"Why don't you come on tour with me? You can get away from this area for a while." He said.

"I have work, and if I don't go I have no way to pay for rent." I said.

"Why don't you move in with me?" Louis asked.

"But we haven't even been together for a full year." I said.

"So? Babe I love you with all my heart. I would drop everything for you. I'm not going to lie, I do see myself with you forever." He said in a whisper. 

"So what if we haven't been together for a year yet? I'm not planning on ever leaving you." He said.

"But what if I want or need something I won't have money."

"Than I'll pay for it."

"No Louis I can't have you pay for everything I want."

"Yes you can, I love you and I want to do it. If I didn't have the money I wouldn't offer." He said.

I thought about it for a minute,"ok under one condition." I said.

"And what's that?" He said with a smile.

"If you ever feel like it's to much, tell me and I'll get a job." I said. He rolled his eyes.

"Ok deal." He sighed.

"When should I start moving out?" I asked.

"How about tomorrow? I was planning on leaving in three days, so everything will be set by the time we leave." He said. I nodded.

"Thank you. I love you so much." I told him.

"I love you to, and you don't need to thank me." He said before kissing me.
