Chapter 34

Mia's P.O.V
This week had been extremely difficult. I've just almost came out and told Louis plenty of times.

It was Christmas Eve and Louis birthday, and we were heading to Louis family's house. His mom was cooking us dinner, than I was going to give them their gifts. Louis and I decided to just put both of our names on the gifts. I decided that I was going to tell Louis, after we got home tonight.

"Do I look okay?" I asked Louis.

"You look gorgeous." He said, looking me up and down. My cheeks turned red, and I looked down smiling. I went to put my shoes on, along with my jacket.

"You're going to be freezing." Louis said looking at me.

"I'll be okay." I said. He shook his head and took my hand leading me out to the car. He opened my door for me, and I thanked him as I was getting in.

When we arrived at Johanna's house Louis and I got the gifts out of the backseat, and made our way into the house.

Johanna came and gave us hugs, greeting us both. When Lottie saw me she smiled, and said hi before giving Louis a hug.

"The food just got done, go ahead and go eat." Johanna said taking the presents from us. Louis and I took off our shoes before walking in the kitchen. Louis was greeted by all his sisters, before he introduced me to them. Louis showed me his youngest sister and brother. I instantly fell in love with them, and it made me kind of excited for the first time, knowing I was going to have one of my own.

I've seen Louis brother and sisters before from pictures, but this is the first time I've met all of them.

Louis and I sat down, and started loading our plates down with food. We ate cake for Louis birthday, than we decided to open the presents. I gave Felicite and, Lottie's gift to them and they both loved the dresses. The same with Daisy and Phoebe. I gave Ernie and Doris's Vans to Johanna and she loved them as well. We gave Dan and Johanna's gifts to them and they both thanked us. Louis opened the presents he got from his mom for his birthday, than his mom handed him another gift.

"Ok I didn't know what to get both of you, so sorry it's not much." Johanna said handing us a square shaped present. Louis slowly unwrapped it, and when he took it out, it was a picture of us walking down a hallway at a stadium holding hands. Louis was smiling down at me, and I was smiling up at him. I actually remember when this happened, it was after Louis show and his mom was there. That was the first time I met her.

"I love this." I said, smiling at the picture. Louis wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer towards him.

"Thank you, I love this." I told Johanna. She gave me a sweet smile, and Louis thanked her as well.

Daisy turned on the movie The Elf, and we all watched it. Every time something funny would happen I would find myself cracking up, which would make Louis start laughing.

After the movie Louis and I said bye to everyone before leaving.

In the car Louis and I held hands on the way back.

"Did you have a good time?" Louis asked.

"Yea. Your family are really great people."

"Thanks, they like you though you could tell." Louis said. I smiled and Louis started rubbing his thumb over my knuckles. When we arrived at home, I started getting nervous knowing I was going to tell Louis soon.

I went into our bedroom and changed into my pajamas, and putting my hair up. When I walked into the living room Louis was sitting on the couch in his joggers, watching tv. I took a deep breath and picked up the gift under the tree.

"Lou?" I whispered.

"Yea?" He asked turning around.

"I want you to open this gift early." I said handing the box to him. He smiled and started to open the box. My hands started getting sweaty, and I started wiping them on my pants. Maybe I should have waited till after Christmas to tell him.

He unwrapped the box, and started pealing the tape off. When he opened the box he stared at the inside for a little bit, before he reached in taking them out. He studied all of them before he looked up at me.

"You're pregnant?" He asked in a soft voice. I nodded, and he stepped towards me. He bent down to my stomach, and put his hands on my belly. He started kissing my stomach, making me smile and my heart flutter.

He stood up,"you're really pregnant?" He asked in a excited voice. I nodded and let out a small laugh. He smiled and grabbed me wrapping his arms around me. I smiled and hugged him back.

"I love you so much." He said kissing me.

"I love you to."

"Oh my god, I can't believe you're pregnant!" He said laughing with a smile.

He grabbed my face, and started kissing me all over my face. I started laughing, and Louis picked me up spinning me around in a circle.

I smiled and Louis set me down on the couch, he pressed a kiss onto my stomach, and put his hand against my stomach.

"I can't believe our little baby's in here." He whispered.

"Me either, it's still unreal." I said.

"How long have you known?" He asked me.

"I found out the day I went shopping with Sophie."

"Why didn't you tell me sooner?" He asked.

"Well I thought it would be more special on Christmas Eve, and I was kind of nervous."

"Why were you nervous?" He asked.

"I was scared you would be mad, or leave me." I whispered. He grabbed my head and tilted it up, so I was looking at him.

"I could never be mad at you for this. It takes two people to make a baby, not just one. And I'm more than happy about this. I've always wanted this with you, it may be a little bit sooner than we both expected but I wouldn't want it any other way." I smiled and gave him a soft kiss.

"Happy birthday Louis, I love you." I said.

"I love you to, and this is officially the best birthday ever." He said. I let out a little laugh, and Louis picked me up carrying me to our bed.

He got into bed next to me, and wrapped his arm around me. He rested his hand on my stomach, and I smiled laying my head on his chest.

"Do you remember Christmas last year?" I asked Louis.

"Yea, I never would of thought that I would fall so in love with you." He said. I grabbed his hand and tangled our fingers together.

"I love you Louis."

"I love you to."

"I hate to say this but my presents for you tomorrow are going to look awful, compared to what you just gave me." Louis said. I started laughing, and kissed Louis hand.

"All I want tomorrow is you with me." I said.

"That is what you will get then." I smiled and Louis pulled me closer to him.

"Night love."
