Chapter 33

Mia's P.O.V

Today Louis was going to his mom's to visit, and I was going Christmas shopping with Sophie.

Christmas was in a week and I still haven't got Louis anything. I've tried getting him to tell me what he wants, but he always says I don't have to get him anything.

"I'm gonna go ahead and leave." Louis said. I stood up and gave him a hug, along with a small kiss.

"Be careful, and I love you." I said.

"Same to you, and I love you to." He said before walking out of our apartment. The ground was covered in snow, and it was freezing out so I grabbed my coat and put it on. Right when I was done Sophie pulled up and I walked outside.

"Hi!" She said as I got in the car.

"Hey thanks again for agreeing to go with me." I said rubbing my hands together trying to get them warm.

"No problem, I still have to get a few things to."

When we got to the mall we went from store, to store trying to find gifts for everyone we needed to buy for.

I got Louis two Adidas sweatshirts, and a pair of football boots. Or as I would call them soccer cleats. I wanted to get Louis more than just shoes or clothes, so we kept looking. I found a nice scented candle, and quilt for Johanna. I got Lottie a cute blue dress, and Felicite the same. I got the two older twins matching yellow dresses. For the younger twins I got them each a pair of Vans. I also got Louis a new pair of black Vans. His other ones were getting old, and he's said he's wanted a new pair.

"I still don't know what to get him," I complained as Sophie and I sat down to eat.

"You already got him quite a lot of things. He'll be happy with just that." She said.

"But I feel like he deserves something better than just clothes and shoes."

"You'll figure it out." She said.

I nodded and went to eat my sandwich I got. When I bit into it my face scrunched up from disgust.

"Does this taste weird to you?" I asked Sophie giving her the other half. She took it and tried it.

"No it actually tastes really good." She said with a chuckle.

"Oh it must just be me." I said scooting my plate away from me.

When she finished her food we dumped our trays, before looking around a little bit more. I decided on getting Louis a couple pair of joggers before we headed home.

When we were walking outside, I stopped and grabbed onto the side of the wall.

"Are you okay?" Sophie asked me.

"Yea sorry I just got a little bit dizzy." I said shaking my head. When I started walking, I noticed Sophie didn't move.

"Sophie you coming?" I asked.

"Oh yea."

When we got in the car, she turned to me.

"Mia...are you pregnant?"

"What!?" I practically yelled.

"I mean you have the signs, your taste buds are screwed up and you're feeling dizzy."

"I-I don't think so." I said feeling nervous.

"Have you took a test or anything recently?" She asked.

"No I mean Louis and I've only had sex 1 time." I said.

"Well how about I go into the store and buy a test to be on the safe side?" Sophie asked. I nodded nervously, and Sophie drove to the nearest store.
