#16 ~ They Meet Your Parents | Pt. 2

Wanda -
Wanda wasn't really bothered about meeting your parents. In her opinion she loved you and you loved her and that was all that mattered. Your dad liked her as they had quite a few laughs together whereas your mum didn't really like her, she wasn't sure about her powers and her attitude.

Bruce -
How could you parents fault Bruce? Quite easily apparently. Well your father could at least. You mother liked that he was a doctor and a well mannered man and that he clearly loved you with all his heart. Your father on the other hand hated the Hulk side of things. He was terrified that one day Bruce might get just that little bit too angry and all hell would break loose. You assured them he had it under control and that you were safe, your mothers believed and trusted you but your dad took some more convincing.

Tony -
Tony couldn't wait to meet your parents, which shocked you. He invited them to Stark Tower for dinner and made sure everything was perfect. You hadn't realised this was such a big deal for him! When you told your parents about him, your mother was unsure due to his playboy past but after meeting him her opinion changed completely. Tony took your mother on a tour of his lab and she was fascinated by the technology, his knowledge and passion really solidified her approval.

Loki -
Hated him. Absolutely hated him. Your parents didn't want you to carry on your relationship but thankfully respected that it was your choice. They already hated him before meeting him because of New York and were unwilling to have an open mind. They hated his natural sarcasm and cockiness. You didn't really care to be honest because you loved him and you never planned on losing him.

Thor -
Your parents opinion of Thor was a little confusing. Although neither of them would ever admit it, you thought they were both a little intimidated by him. After all he is the Prince of another world! They generally liked him but your mother was already having concerns about the future. After meeting him, she made you promise that if your wedding were in Asgard, that she'd be there and that any children you had would be raised at least predominantly on Earth! You told her there was a long time to go before any of that but she still made you promise. Thor was surprisingly pleased when he heard of this as he thought it meant your mother saw him as good husband material.
